We spend two nights in this hotel at July. Hotel is located not so far from the underground and Schonbrunn, so it's very good location. Check in was very quick. There's one minus: quite expensive parking.
I spent two nights in this hotel, my experience is great, the rooms are very luxuriously decorated, quiet and very clean. After a busy day, it's a good time to spend time in a very comfortable bed and when I have a chance, I will return to this hotel again!
This hotel was lovely : deluxe room was spotless with everything you should expect from a quality hotel. We found it very easy to get everywhere on public transport from here. Breakfast was very plentiful and nice rooms for dining. Would say 'english' type hot breakfast is not very good at all... but so much other stuff to choose from. Bar pleasant and good selection. Had a really comfortable stay at a good price. Recommended !
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with mu husband. The hotel itself was great, with fantastic staff and service. The only downside was that it is located far enough from the city center that a tram of train ride is required to get in there. There are stations for both modes of transport located in close proximity to the hotel. The buffet breakfast, while expensive, was delicious and the range of rood was impressive.
We stayed a very enjoyable 4 nights in an executive room with breakfast included. When we arrived we asked for a late checkout as our flight was going to be late in the night and we were able to pay $50E for staying a few more hours which was fantastic. Our room was spacious and the bed and bedding was of a high standard. We felt very comfortable in our room. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs and the variety and quality was of an excellent level. We also enjoyed the happy staff who greeted us each morning for a bit of chat. That's really nice when even tho they are very busy they are very friendly. In fact we found everyone was friendly. The young man in the bar area was really nice and gave us helpful advice in regards to getting around Vienna. So thank you to him and the head man in the breakfast restaurant. This hotel is located beautifully to get around. You can walk to Schonbrunn Palace in just a few minutes. Taxis are easy to get from the hotel or if you feel like riding a bike there is a hire section on the corner of the main road opposite the Palace. Public transport in Vienna is a dream! So easy to get to the tram and the subway which can take you anywhere in Austria. Totally happy to recommend this lovely hotel and we would one day like to return to Vienna and we would stay here once again. Thanks guys for making our holiday wonderful!
Unfortunately, we could not stay more than one night here and in Vienna. We choosed the hotel following to a recommendation from a colleague. The hotel is located next to Schonbrum palace. The subway station is also there so you can reach the downtown pretty easy. The room was extremely comfortable. One of the best air co until now. We could sleep with it turned on and we had no problems. No noise, not too cold, not too warm. The bed is also very good. We slept like babies :) The room is big, had big windows and it was clean. The breakfast is also very good with plenty of choices. The only downside here is the fact that the sign where they inform guests that they can order omlets is not really visible. You can park your car in the underground parking. The price is not cheap. Or, during the week end, on the street behind the hotel. Next time in Vienna, we will choose this place again.
I booked a single room and I actually received a free upgrade to a suite. I don't know how the normal rooms look like but this one was amazing. Very spacious, very clean, price was great for what I received. For sure gonna come here again!
Nice hotel. Location super. Worth the stars. Expensive breakfast, look elswhere. You cab have breakfast ad HB1 hotel or Velobis. Buy Vienna Card here, 20 min to city center and have breakfast there. Good Service.
The hotel has spacious rooms, and a very large bathroom. They're both clean, but unfortunately, there was a bad smell coming from the sink. Breakfast was not included and pretty expensive; nevertheless, it was great. The hotel is located close to the Schönbrunn Palace (a five-minute walk) and the Tiergarten (10 mins), but it's far from the city center. A metrostation is within walking distance (approximately 10 minutes).
The experience on the arrival was definitely not good. At the booking, it was requested an early check-in because I would be traveling for almost 30 hours. When I requested it during the check-in, the person who was there said that wouldn't be possible in a rude way. She told me to wait 3 hours then I would be able to check-in. After almost 4 hours of waiting, I had to go back to her and then she finally authorized my check-in. I requested a late checkout that was denied too. Even I am open to pay the extra stay. This was the first and the worst experience at this hotel. After that, everything was OK.
