Ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Léon (Vielle beach) and its nautical activities, gîte renovated in 2018 comprising on the ground floor:
- a living room with sofa, table, chairs, TV and INTERNET access (wifi),
- a fully equipped and fitted independent kitchen: electric pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 3 ceramic hobs, etc ...,
- bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140x190 and chest of drawers,
- a bathroom with shower, single sink, storage column and washing machine,
- an independent toilet.

Upstairs :
- bedroom 2 with 1 bed 140x190 (which can be transformed into 2 beds 70x190),
- corridor with built-in cupboard,
- bedroom 3 with 1 140x190 bed, a travel cot and built-in cupboard.

Peace, quiet and well equipped.

Only stayed for 2 nights on our way back to the UK. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Good very secure garden for our dog. Very close to walk to the lake and the whole area we found is very nice.

Sommertraum

Wir haben mit der Familie sehr erholsame und entspannte Urlaubstage genossen. Das schöne kleine Haus hat eine tolle Lage am See und in der Nähe zum Meer. So konnten wir vom SUP-Paddeln, Schwimmen, Segeln bis zum Baden im Meer viele Aktivitäten erleben. Anne-Laure hat uns auch spät am Abend noch herzlichen willkommen geheißen und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Strandhaus am See

Wir haben einen wundervollen Familienurlaub mit Teenagern und Hund in St Girons verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage (fast) direkt am See. Der Atlantik-Strand ist nur 10Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Vermieterin Anne-Laure war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Sehr erholsam

Wir hatten 2 sehr erholsame Wochen mit unseren 2 Hunden in diesem geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Anne Laure ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit einem Kuchen und Grillkohle empfangen hat. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, die Küche ist mehr als reichlich ausgestattet mit allem was man an Geschirr und Kochutensilien braucht. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und es gibt 2 Sitzplätze, so dass man immer in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen kann. Die Hängematte war ein gemütlicher Leseplatz. Die Lage, direkt am See und trotzdem ruhig ist unschlagbar, wir werden wiederkommen.

Excellent séjour

La maison est dans un environnement calme, à quelques pas du Lac, bien conçue et agréable. La propriétaire est dynamique, souriante et prête à offrir ses conseils et son aide. Club de voile ( en face) de dimension familial mais avec du matériel intéressant. Je recommande vivement la destination et la maison.

Location correspondante en tout point au descriptif. Emplacement idéal proche du lac pour enfant en bas âge. Attention cependant aux châtaignes d'eau : prévoir des chaussures ;-)

Sehr entspannend und wirklich nett

Wir kamen sehr kurzfristig in/an dieses Haus, da ein anderer Gast krankheitsbedingt abgesagt hatte. Vorab gab es eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Anne-Lore. Nicht nur entsprach das Haus unseren Vorstellungen, auch unsere 2 Hunde fühlten sich in Haus mit großem Garten pudelwohl!

Hier hat alles gestimmt

Drei Wochen haben wir in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Ausgestattet mit allem was einem den Urlaub erleichtert in Küche und Bad. Auch bei der Aussenmöblierung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war top sauber. Besonderer Dank an unsere super freundliche Vermieterin Anne-Laure!

Emplacement ideal par rapport au lac et logement pratique et bien équipé, merci Mme Rives

Famille recomposée, nous etions 8 dans ce logement: 6, 10, 13, 17, 18 et 21 ans comme « enfants ». Malgre tout ce monde, les 3 chambres n’etaient pas surchargées et il y avait de la place pour tous. Le plus agreable est qu’il y avait de l’eau chaude pour tous sous la douche. L’exterieur est bien aménagé et la plancha etait appreciee. A refaire sans hesiter au meme endroit.
