Situated just 1 km from the lively centre of Vidauban, the villa is surrounded by charming villages filled with restaurants and terraces. Daily markets invite you to explore local produce and crafts. The sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime lie only 32 km away, providing a wonderful blend of countryside calm and seaside fun.

Inside, the middle floor welcomes you with a spacious lounge featuring a 3D TV and a dining table for eight. The separate Provence-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, Senseo coffee maker, and induction hobs. Upstairs, a loft bedroom with a double bed connects to a smaller open-plan room with two single beds, ideal for children. This floor also houses a cozy library/playroom. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, except on the lower floor. The swimming pool has an electric safety cover, and the sun terrace boasts 10 loungers. Three terraces, two covered with large sunshades, offer ample outdoor relaxation space.
