Villa Mar'inda is located on a large flat plot of 3000 m² with a natural garden of green oaks all around. The ideal playground for the children. You enter the site through a large wrought iron entrance gate. There is plenty of parking space. The cozy swimming pool area at the villa features a lounge with outdoor furniture, a covered terrace for dining, and sun loungers around the 7x4 meter pool, which has a depth of 1.5 meters and is heated in spring and autumn. Buddha statues add an Eastern touch. For recreation, there’s a ping-pong table and a newly constructed jeu de boules court. Water sports enthusiasts can use the two stand-up paddle boards (SUPs). Entering the villa through the covered terrace, you’ll find a hall leading to the first bedroom, which has French doors opening to the terrace. It includes a double bed and storage. The second bedroom offers views of the greenery and also features a double bed and cupboard. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and two sinks, plus there’s a separate toilet in the entrance hall. The modern living room features an open space with the kitchen and sliding doors to a covered terrace, enhanced by colorful wall paintings. Enjoy a comfortable corner sofa with TV and a round table for six, plus a bar area to keep company while cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and small appliances, perfect for creating meals with local ingredients. It also opens to a second terrace at the back, complete with tables, chairs, and a plancha. A separate jacuzzi room. Swimming pool heating is available upon request outside the summer months; in July and August, the water is naturally warm.
