Property was clean and kept yp

Erratic room temperature & light bedding.

I stayed here to be out and away from the big city. There is not a lot of "options" out here and that was fine with me. I thought the restaurant to the hotel may open at some point. I stayed two nights. It never did. To be fair, I did not do grand homework to stay here. I showed up. I loved it. I was very comfortable. It was clean and a beautiful view and I hardly ran into anyone. I checked in to a text message on the phone one and out to a text message on the phone. If I needed someone I could get on my phone and get them. I had never done that in my life. Sign of the times? A fantastic escape and I am very grateful to those that keep these treasures alive for those of us to get away too. Thank you Victor Hotel.

Beautiful Historic Hotel

We had beautiful view of mountains out our window but we was right above the bar and there was people outside making noise tell kinda late keeping us up. Our room was very cold never could figure out how to get heat on. There was no staff they emailed us codes to get in the building and our rooms. We did eat in there restaurant and the food was really good. The room was clean and bed was comfortable

Historic hotel in good shape

Get place to stay. Clean rooms. There wasn't any hotel staff on-site. Check-in was automated. There was a cute little restaurant and bar in the lobby. I'm disappointed we didn't get to see any ghosts. Lol

We liked the quaint historical environment, and the restoration efforts to the hotel. Not having hotel staff available in the building to answer questions or check you in is certainly a downside, the lack of available help these days notwithstanding.

Quaintness of the hotel and birdgage elevator were awesome. The hotel needs ice machine and coffee in lobby.

Love the view and exposed brick in the room.

I love stepping back in time and staying in old hotels. The room was small but, again, it's an oldie but goodie. The elevator was amazing for over 100 years old.

After climbing up two flights of narrow steps to our suite, we find it has no bathroom. We asked to switch to a room with a bathroom and they did to a room that a queen bed barely fit. We paid for two nights so we stuck it out but they didn’t clean the room after first night. No amenities at all, one bar of soap, total. All of this luxury for one hundred and twenty dollars a night.

Charming old hotel, real old great atmosphere, bathroom very cramped, but that was probably the way it was in 1899, otherwise very nice stay

This is a 120 year old property and the rooms are bare, but comfortable and the local is spectacular. But all this is overshadowed by the total lack of amenities and service. I stayed for three days and had no hot water until mid afternoon of the last day. No one was ever on sight to answer any questions. I had no room service for two days. Much more

Cute, historic hotel. Very pleasant. Quite clean, but some some worn areas - but after all it is over 100 yrs old. Very quiet and quirky. Fun 3 nights in Victor.

We loved our room - it was clean and quiet. We loved the vintage decor as well as the history of the building. The bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Love the history, awesome elevator.

I am very happy you enjoyed your stay with us! We are hoping to be more staffed this summer! I have been working with my new crew to get trained up so we can be there for our guests! We look forward to having you return!
