Although the house is not equipped with air conditioning, its seaside location and thoughtful architecture ensure a naturally pleasant temperature all year round.
Outdoors, the private pool is a standout feature, surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and relaxing lounge areas – perfect for unwinding in the sun. The balconies and terrace provide different viewpoints over the surrounding landscape, while the barbecue area is ideal for enjoying laid-back evenings in good company.

During your stay, regular garden and pool maintenance may take place. These interventions are important to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe to use.
During high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to ensure an impeccable experience. During low season (November to April), the pool may be closed — please confirm with our team in advance.

If you’re arriving from Porto, simply take a regional or intercity train bound for Viana do Castelo or Valença and disembark at Afife. From the station, the house can be reached on foot or via a local taxi — it’s a straightforward and convenient journey.
