Villa Varanni, is a charming and stylish villa with a private pool, set in a picturesque hillside village nestled on the slopes of Mount Etna. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, the residence features spacious terraces and a stunning saltwater infinity pool, all designed to offer moments of peace, comfort, and natural beauty.

Lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail, the villa has been brought back to life with its original character and grace, capturing the timeless elegance of historic Sicilian homes. Whether you're looking to unwind in a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, or set out on an adventure, the location makes an excellent base for discovering the wonders of Etna’s foothills. From here, you can easily explore nearby gems such as Acireale, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello, as well as the vibrant cities of Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse — all just a short drive away.

The house develops over two levels and 240 square meters.

On the ground floor, we have the entrance with large living area, TV, dining room, large spacious kitchen, one guest bathroom with sink and toilet and another separate bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. The sleeping rooms are:
- one double bedroom (180 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower
- one double bedroom (160 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower

On the first floor (attic), we find:
- one double bedroom (160 x 200 cm)
- one bedroom with French bed
There is one separate bathroom with shower to service these two bedrooms.

Outside, the terrace area is where we find the private swimming pool (7x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year; depuration: salt) with sun chairs, table for al-fresco meals and sun lounges under the beautiful olive tree.
