Very bright apartment, crossing from east to west, surrounded by greenery in a luxury freestone residence located in the heart of Versailles. Extended living room with a 10 m2 balcony. No opposite. Private parking space in the basement. Very quiet apartment, very pleasant to live in a small 4-storey residence (only one neighbor on the 3rd floor landing where the apartment is located). Apartment protected from the sun by a large plunging blind in which it is good to live.

Less than 10 minutes on foot from the right bank of Versailles station to access Paris (30 minutes from Saint Lazare station, 8th arrondissement).
