This was our second trip to Verona. We stayed in the "family" room which was a studio apartment a few feet from the hotel itself. The location was perfect - within 100 feet to the Arena and the famous Via Mazzini. It was spotless, hotel staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend! Room had a kitchenette (but no supplies) however there was a microwave and a fridge.
Hotel is well located for easy walking to all major sites. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. We stayed in one of the apartments a few meters away from the hotel. There is no elevator, but we were on the first floor so had only one flight of stairs to reach a spacious, clean apartment. Beds were comfortable, but pillows very hard. Although there is a kitchen, there were no plates, silverware etc. Not a problem for us since we only used the refrigerator to store water. Only real complaint is the lack of a proper hair drier. They have drier attached to the bathroom wall with a big hose that is like something from decades ago. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again if I ever return to Verona.
