The living area is spacious and well organized, with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table, TV, a comfortable sofa and direct access to the veranda, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing. The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms,both with large windows that provide natural light during the day. The bathroom is modern,complete with shower and finished with fine materials. Free secure and covered parking is also available on site. I offer you an ideal solution to make your stay unforgettable, giving you comfort, tranquility and style.

The house is located in Verbania-Unchio, in a sunny and quiet village, surrounded by nature. A sports field, with equipment and games for children, is within easy walking distance. We are one of the gateways to Val Grande, the largest wilderness area in Italy, wonderful walks start from here. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach Intra and Pallanza, on the Piedmont shores of Lake Maggiore, Blue Flags, with beaches and the beautiful gulf with the Borromean Islands. Nearby is Villa Taranto a botanical park with manicured gardens. For the more adventurous, it is possible to walk to the beach of Santino, on the San Bernardino River, via a trail of medium difficulty. Only an hour's drive away you can visit the Alpine valleys that frame Lake Maggiore: Val Formazza, Val Divedro , Macugnaga at the foot of the Monte Rosa massif. We are 30Km from Ticino Switzerland and only an hour's drive from Milan.
