When we came in, all the lights were unplugged from the wall so we couldn’t see. The hallways were dirty and stunk. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, but he was very clear with instructions which we appreciated. Quiet at night. Overall overpriced for what we got.
The service was ok. The room they gave me was right by the stairs facing the major street. I didn't feel safe. Good thing they have me another room without a hassle. The TV/remote wasn't working and you could see the finger prints from previous guests on it.
Given that we stayed right next to the elevator and that it's next to the 101, it was surprisingly quite. I was able to hook up our Roku very easily. The bathroom needs an update. Shower was warm though.
We had called ahead and asked for a crib and when we got there had to wait for 45 minutes to get the crib because there was one poor young lady working and she was super busy. The room was smaller then expected. The Table in the room had a broken leg. The bathroom was dirty. But the staff was super nice and helpful.
Not sure where I should start from. The staff was rude, the hotel was in the worst condition ever. The stairs , elevator was super dirty. The towels didn’t feel clean and there was hair in the bathroom. When I called they said they can give us a discount but I said no. The elevators was stinky and very gross. I feel like the whole property needs a good pressure washing. The Bfast sucked and was in a Togo bag. For the cost this hotel was not worth it all. I will never be staying at a Laquinta in my life. After a long fun day on vacation you want a nice clean comfy room and this does not even come close to that at all.
Stayed during the pandemic. It’s hard to believe surfaces were disinfected as advertised when even simple cleaning wasn’t done properly. The table surface was so dirty it took me 2 tries to clean it myself. Guests shouldn’t have to clean a room themselves.
Nice staff, room is not supper clean, matters is old and not comfortable. Location is kinda close to freeway so some rooms are noisy , parking is free but not easy to find free spot after 10-11 pm.
We liked the beds were clean, it had a pool and good location. The sad part we found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. They didn’t seem to sweep. There was no breakfast which should have been updated online because we were relying on it for the kids. Staff was friendly though and tried to help but no one came to clean the floor during the time we were there.
The room should have been non smoking, as soon as we opened the door, we where hit with the smell of stale cigarettes and urine.. There were burn marks on the tub. The cover on the bed had a red liquid stain. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it. Over all, it served the purpose as a place to stay for two nights. Missing advertised amenities such as pool, hot tube and breakfast. Informed of that at check in. Definitely will not stay at this one again.

This hotel was dirty! The sheets and pillowcases weren’t cleaned, the place was rundown, and during our 4 night stay there, the cops showed up AT LEAST once a day for one of the guests there. I would not recommend this hotel

This place is just disgusting. Not clean at all, uncomfortable window peepers, creepy room.
Good location for our vacation plans. Only bad thing was toilets made lots of noise throughout the night.
