This hotel has the most spectacular views. Just breathtaking. The sounds of the ocean help you sleep like a baby. We cannot get over how amazing the views are and would definitely come back to stay here. The rooms are pretty clean and are comfortable, but the walls have cracks and chips in them, the curtains have rust on them, bad paint job on the walls and moldings. The staff in nice and quickly respond to text communications. The view and all the tropical landscaping makes up for all the little mishaps. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Beautiful location with ocean coming right up to small cliff in front of hotel. We walked around in the tide pools during low tide. So peaceful to watch the ocean while swimming in the pool or eating breakfast in the morning. The Shoals restaurant was really delicious - I had the mussels appetizer and scallops for dinner. My wife and sister also loved their meals. The sauteed bananas dessert was amazing and creme brulee was delicious. The pool area was very peaceful and relaxing.
Young man working front counter was upbeat, pleasant and informative. Great first impression. Room was clean. Right on the ocean. Peaceful. Restaurant was closed today although we were aware when we booked.
Like the ocean so close to the propery. If you leave your windows open you can hear the waves. The food was great.
Awesome location
absolutely perfect!! The view was so amazing!! It was exactly what I wanted. I reminded me of Newport, RI or cape cod, MA! Go there for the ocean and to get away from it all. I can't wait to go back!
The R&R was exactly what i needed - an affordable place on the beach. The rooms were a little in need of an upgrade, but I went for the beach view which I got. The hotel faces south, not east, so you don't really see the sunset. Not a huge deal, but an FYI. Also, the walls are kinda thin, and I could hear my neighbors - they were having a REALLY good time. :)
You can’t beat the location. I’m an early riser and enjoy coffee. Waiting for breakfast to begin at 7:30 was tough. Suggest making coffee available in the lobby a little earlier.
