A stunning contemporary beachhouse in a great location at Smiths. Just minutes walk to the main surf beach and the local store and surf shop. A few minutes by car to YCW beach and close to Silverleaves and Cowes.
This stunning house offers living and accommodation over two levels. Downstairs has a casual entertaining area with a table tennis table and two bedrooms and bathroom, one bedroom is queen and the other has two sets of bunks.The living area opens to the fully fenced garden. The upper level has a fabulous open plan living opening to a large entertaining deck with barbecue and outdoor seating. A well equipped kitchen is open to the living area. On this level you have a double bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet and the laundry.
