The staff was AWESOME!!! Every single one of them was friendly, fun to chat with, and very accommodating. If we needed anything they were always happy to help. From coffee filters to beach towels and buckets for sand castles. :) The customer service was tip-top! The room was perfect as well. The space was just right for the 3 of us. Nice view from our room. Having a kitchen was ideal. Right on the beach, which made it nice to be able to go out and see the sights, come rest up for a while, make a quick meal, and head back out. The rooftop sunset view was amazing. They did a really nice job renovating this building and utilizing the spaces. LOVED IT!
The property was very nice. loved the rooftop deck. We only stayed one night but we will be coming back.
Great location with amazing ocean front views. A little loud at times but that’s Venice beach for you.

beachfront property. Starbucks is right across the hotel lobby entrance. I really liked how everything I needed was in my room- a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a full sized kitchen (not just a microwave) with all plates and utensils. The staff are very cool and accomodating.

Parking is $40 overnight! I also wish there was hot chocolate for those of us who don't drink coffee but other than those 2 small things the room is perfect, with beautiful scenery. You also can't beat the location!
It is right on the Venice beach boardwalk, instant beach access. Starbucks and a parking deck is right in front of the property, if needed. Staff are very nice and accommodating. I liked how it had a full kitchen, a clean bathroom, a couch which is also a pullout bed, and a queen-sized bed all to myself. Even had space to lay out my yoga mat so I can exercise.
Hotel was not great. Vehicle got towed. Did not like it. Everything was old and pictures do fool people
Great location! However, if you're looking to get a good nights sleep this is not the place for you. The noise was so loud and when other guests opened and closed their doors I could literally feel it while laying in my bed.
We had an amazing time enjoying the beach view. Would definitely come back!
The property is located where all the homeless people are at very dirty around the beach with tents and booze
There was congregation of homeless people next to hotel whom you could hear all night Public area of hotel is very dirty, they need to upgrade their carpeting

Right on the beach... parking is a little far especially when it rains.... wish the could do something about the bums hanging out in front of the hotel! Overall good!
