Stayed here with my son for a week and loved it. Great location opposite a canal with nearby bus stops. Rooms very small so worth having one of the two terrace rooms. Very clean too. Staff were delightful and hotel grounds beautiful especially as you could sit outside for breakfast. In fact breakfast was good with plenty to eat and cost €8 On the negative side it was tired. Bathrooms need renovating most of all. Just a bit run down I guess. Good price compared to elsewhere in Venice

We stayed at Villa Parco for seven nights. The room small, shabby but comfortable and good value for the price. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is good. It is close to a bus stop with regular buses to town and the Vaporetto station. We found great coffee at small pop up bar close by and a market in the nearby street 2 times a week. Our room had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on at night. We also used the fridge downstairs to keep provisions purchased st the market cold. Don't overlook this hotel if you are looking for budget accommodation in Venice. It was also nice to be away from the thousands of Tourists and to see day to day life in this area.

Stayed here for two nights, didn't get breakfast so can't comment on that! Good location only a few minutes away from lido beach which is perfect for a chilled day! Clean rooms, hot shower and friendly staff what more do you want for that price 😀 nice area and quiet to get away from the madness in Venice 😀

This hotel represents good value for Venice, much cheaper than staying on the main island and not much of a hardship as only 15 mins walk/5 mins bus ride to the waterbus stop and a very pleasant 10 mins on the boat to St Marks Square. As you will need to buy waterbus tickets anyway for Venice these cover buses on the Lido too so no extra travel cost. The hotel is a lovely old building in a nice quiet area, full of character. The gardens and outdoor areas are very pleasant The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable, nice clean, white towels and fresh toiletries every day The bathrooms are a bit dated but fine at the price. There is plenty of hot water at all times and the wifi works well. No heating or aircon needed in May so can't comment. We didn't try the breakfast. There is a good Co op in the main shopping street near the waterbus stop, also a local shop nearby with limited stock. We will certainly be back.

The palace is absolutely beautiful. Inside and out! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Rana. I got lost, was very late but he waited for me and let me in and was super nice about it. Beautiful convenient location and gray price. Very close to the ferry. I would love to stay here again!

We came here with my best friend for few days and we chose this hotel. It was really cheap and we were afraid it's gonna be something wrong, but luckily everything is wonderful! The bathroom, the bed everything it's clean.Inside the building it smells so good, the employees are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for that price, the employees helps you to avoid the expensive restaurants, and they shows you on the map which one you should choose. Building looks old too, but very friendly, and cozi, the ferry station it's like 10 min walking, bus station is next to the hotel, which can take you to the ferry in like 2 min. San Marco is like 20 min away, using ferry. Really recommend to you if want something low cost, friendly and clean. Great experience.

Beautiful Art Nouveau hotel. Very quiet area with garden and private large free car park. Fantastic welcome from Leah and Mark. Rana looked after us with the warm freshly baked croissants in the morning. Very spacious room, spotlessly clean and fragrant. Just 2 minutes walking from the Biennale and the Congress Center on the sea. Public service of boats and buses 24H !!!!!!!!!! Great holiday. Quality/Price SUPER !!!! We have already booked for Carnival....!!!

Dont go there if you respect yourself. -Sheets were dirty -Toilet door was broken and couldnt be closed -Room door lock was broken and we had to stay 3 hours in lobby on our lastnight -Manager is rude -Reception guy was helpful but he couldnt do anything This is not HOTEL Dont waste your money and dont ruin your holiday

We got rooms on the second floor which was a long way up with heavy suitcases and no lift. The room and ensuite was serviceable and clean but nothing fancy. Nonetheless, the air conditioning kept us cool and the water was hot. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to locate buses and beaches etc. However, the public beach was a bus ride and walk away. The garden was also very nice to sit in in the morning or evening but there was little else to do there with no bar in the hotel. Breakfast was also rather overpriced at 10 euros a head. Buses were nearby to take you to the waterbuses as it was qute a walk. Nevertheless, it is cooler on the Lido and, if you get a travel ticket, it is easy to reach the mainland (get the number 14 ferry). I would say that is is quiet and pleasant and well priced for those on a budget.

We got the two top rooms. A lot of stairs and no elevator. The rooms were quite warm and in one room we only managed to open one small window, the others were permanently closed with screws. Air condition was hanging on the wall in both rooms, but we were not able to use them. Don't know if it was because they were considered not necessary for the season, or why they woouldn't work. Adjacent to the rooms was a very nice roof terrace which improved the impression a lot. It gave us a nice sitting and eating place with some view and cool air. The location is somewhat off center so we used the bus a lot, but it didn't matter as the cost was included in the vaparetto ticket. The hotel said there would be a public beach about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We never found it. Either it was much farther away than that, or it wasn't that public. We used the big public beach at SME, but that is bus distance. Anyhow, the swimming at Lido is not that nice. Not at all like some other mediterranean beaches. Missing the clear blue water, at least when we were there.
