Prestigious and spacious apartment on the ground floor of a small villa, with a garden at guests' disposal, in a nice residential area of the Lido di Venezia, exactly in the island of Lido di Venezia, an island mostly inhabited by real Venetians. The main avenue of Lido Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta is full of bars, restaurants and stores and place of entertainment during the summer period.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very strategically located for city visits to Venice's most prestigious and famous monuments at any time of the year. The private and fenced outdoor space of sq. m. 200 in which on sunny days and in good weather guests can have lunch and spend their relaxing time. The outdoor space is furnished with chairs and table. Although its location is so central, it is very quiet and well isolated having around small streets where we find a lot of greenery. The apartment can accommodate our four-legged friends.

Venice Lido is the only place in the city of Venice where buses, cabs and cars circulate and where we can find many attractions. Certainly during the summer it is the interesting beach tourism destination of both Venetians and tourists, with its long sandy beaches and historic establishments. The beaches are just 500 meters from the apartment and can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. At Venice Lido you can use the oldest golf course in Italy the Alberoni Golf Club, which is just 8 km from the apartment. You also have the opportunity to use tennis courts 2 km away and a riding stables where you can ride at a distance of about 3 km. Guests also have the opportunity to take advantage of a municipal Olympic swimming pool with an entrance fee 3 km from the apartment.

We cannot forget that at the Venice Lido in the Casino Palace every year between the end of August and the beginning of September takes place “ The International Film Festival ” one of the oldest and most prestigious film festivals in the world. Every year it is a destination for world movie stars and an attraction for all film fans. Absolutely worth visiting: St. Mark's Square, the Doge's Palace and the famous St. Mark's Basilica. We also find the prestigious Teatro della Fenice, a world-famous theater. We will also find in a few minutes' walk, walking along the Calli and Campi, very interesting fragments of the prestigious and unique history of Venice.

There are many interesting destinations in Venice besides the famous monuments such as the Rialto Bridge. From different parts of Venice you can easily reach the islands of Burano and Murano by vaporetto.

This accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower and where there is also a washing machine.

Then there is the large, comfortable kitchen, which can comfortably accommodate all guests for meals, complete with all appliances including a dishwasher.

In the large living room there is a TV and a double sofa bed for two adults.

The accommodation has free unlimited Wi-Fi and is also equipped with both heating and air conditioning, making it suitable for use at any time of year.
