The apartment is located in the district of Cannaregio near Madonna dell Orto church, in one of the most beautiful, characteristic and quiet areas of Venice, 5 minutes by walk from one of the main steet.

Nearby there is some of the best seafood restaurants and for those wishing to spend a typical Venetian evening a variety of Bacari (Venetian bars)

Here you can live the experience of the real Venice.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has large Windows, so it s very bright.

The accommodation is embellished with antiques furniture and presents the characteristic paving in colored pebbles, which from the sixteenth century until today distinguishes the Venetian palaces and whose origin is due to the Romans

It consists of a double bedroom, kitchen with appliances and kitchen tools (kettle, oven microwave oven, Nespresso coffè machine, moka coffee maker), living room (with smart tv), and a large bathroom with shower and bathtube.

furthermore a second double bedroom with 2 single beds is also available if you are 3 or 4 people.

CHEK IN: 1:00 p. m. (13:00) We are very flexible about arrival times depending on the apartment s bookings.

CHECK OUT: 10:00 a. m On departure s day you can leave your luggage in the warehouse on the ground floor and come back to pick up them at your convenience.

Located in an extremely convenient place: it is just less than 5 minutes far by walk from ORTO Waterbus stop, first stop arriving from Marco Polo international airport and perfect as start point to visit the islands of Murano (directly), Burano and Torcello (with a subsequent change);

5 minutes far from San Marcuola waterbus stop, on the Grand Canal

5 minutes far from Strada Nuova, one of the main streets where You can find many beautiful shops and markets.
Strada Nuova leads to the way to Rialto bridge and Saint Mark square (20/30 minutes by walk from the apartment) and directly to Santa Lucia train station / Piazzale Roma bus terminal (15/20 minutes by walk).

From 2011, Guests have to pay the city tax that Year was increased to 4 € per night per person by Venice Municipality.
- Children under 10 years are exempt.
- Reduction of 30% in the low season (from 1 to 31 January): 2. 8 €
- Reduction of 50% for young people between 10 and 16 years old: € 2

You are kindly requested to follow a few simple rules:
- Please, behave considerately to my neighbors, do not make noise: other families live below and beside you.
-No smoking, No pets inside.
-Please, treat furniture and objects with care.
-Since energy is so precious, turn off the lights on leaving the apartment.
-Please, Pay attention to the typical Venetian floor with the wheels of the luggages.

-If You book the apartment for 2 people just one double bedroom is available. The second double bedroom is available if you book in 3 or 4 people.
