We stayed here for two nights while visiting Venice. If you have a car this is a great location. It's in a pretty town (modern) just off the main road in the center. There are restaurants, supermarket and other services just around the corner. The reception was quick and extremely helpful. They explained the train schedule and gave us a map of Venice. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. We drove to the train station and left the car there for the day. Lots and lots of free parking. The train ride into Venice is 25 minutes and it runs till after midnight (coming back) so you can enjoy the sights for the whole day. We definitely recommend this hotel and the town.

Parking was clear and easy. Our car was too high, and for that private parking behind hotel was provided. Staff was professional and polite. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was small but sufficient. Would stay again if driving by.

Mixed feelings about this Hotel, friendly and helpful reception staff, not so friendly barman/ restaurant person. Restaurant is virtually non existent as when we arrived there on Sunday it wasn't opened and Menu available for the evening was quite limited. There wasn't anything opened locally except for a couple of cafe/ bars, we eventually had to walk nearly a kilometre back to the train station to catch a train back into Venice and eat there! Breakfast was OK, could of been hotter as food was luke warm. Monday evening there was a limited restaurant service... limited to 4 or 5 tables in the reception bar area and not in the restaurant, menu limited to just pizza!!! We had to get a transfer to the Crowne Plaza next to the Train station to get a meal. The reception staff were really good as they had arranged free transfers with the Crowne Plaza not only for our meal at the Crowne Plaza but also for our return trips from the train station on two separate occasions. Rooms were nice enough and clean and again the reception staff were accommodating as they tried to get our rooms ready for us even though we arrived earlier than the check in time.

The staff were helpful in getting our rooms ready ahead of the scheduled time. However things soon went sour. The restaurant closes at 9. We arrived at 8.15 (6 of us) but had to wait for a table to come available before been seated. 35 minutes ater waiting we when then told its Pizza only! Couldn't drown out worries. The bar shut at 10.30 Would never use that hotel again.

Far ti city need to spend 20 £ every day to go to city and train take 1 hour to come also need to walk 10 min to reach station the breakfast good and nice alot of option food there.staff oky .alot of bag in night in this area .found ant in bed

Good price and good conditions, far from Venice but if you will travel by car is excellent. The personnel is pleasent and they try to be ready for all demands. The breakfast is simple but sufficient for the value of money that you will pay!

We recently spent two nights at the Best Western Airvenice. Initially our stay was just for one night. We wanted to be close to the airport as we had an early flight next day. However, we had issues with our flight tickets which were cancelled by the airline and we ended up staying three more days in Italy. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as we were trying to coordinate and plan for our extended stay. The hotel was fully booked the next couple of days, but they offered to look for availability with a partner hotel. We ended up traveling to Florence for two days and coming back to the Airvenice hotel the one night before our new flight. We were able to leave part of our luggage at the hotel while we travelled to Florence. Giulia and Claudia were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us with train schedules, instructions on how to get to the train station, booking of our additional night at the Airvenice hotel. They even let us have a late check out so we could take care of coordinating with the airline the new flights for my family. We really appreciate their help! They provided outstanding customer service. Thank you so much!

The triple room that we got was not too big for three of us, but it was very clean, with comfortable beds and very spacious bathroom. It was light and had everything necessary for the stay. The only thing we disliked were room windows that could not be opened. Breakfast was good, but not so polite staff in the restaurant. Ladies at the reception on the other hand were very helpfull, polite hospitable and pleasant. They gave us all instructions for the train to Venice and maps, etc. The parking was easy and just in front of the hotel.
