Excellent hotel and staff. Very good breakfast. Close to the heart of Lido where all of the shopping is. Many local restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a little far for me to walk. Great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, they even provided maps & recommended all sorts of activities for us. The breakfast was also fantastic, there were so many options! When I go back to Venice I would definitely stay here again.

This was the start of a 9 day cruise to the Mediteranean Sea so we arived two days early. We walked, shopped and took a tour of Venice. The hotel was very very clean, the people were courteous and the area of Lido was fantastic. The area is like a quiet little village compared to Venice. The water buses are a little hard to get used to but that is your only transportation.
Lido is a gorgeous island convenient by bus/boat to Venice, and this hotel is truly exceptional, a great value for the money. It is very quiet since it located a block from the main strreet. It is odd that the [...] ad describes the breakfast as a 'cold' breakfast, when it is in fact complete and outsanding. The TV is marginal. Free Wifi.
