We recently stayed at this hotel. The lobby closes completely at 10:30! So if you have any issues there is no staff on site. The parking is ridiculous. They have you park your car practically on top of other cars in their tiny lot, then knock on doors looking for owners of specific cars asking people to move so someone can get out. After complaining they gave us a ticket for a lot a few blocks down which had TONS of spots. Initially had told us to park outside on street because we were arriving after 10:30 when there is no staff. They told us parking is ample and free on surrounding streets. It is NOT. We had to pay to park one night in an external lot after driving around for 20 minutes. It is only free till 8 or 9 in the morning on the streets depending where you park. And not alot of spaces around. Why wouldn't they give the big parking lot option in the first place!?!? The hotel is not very new and the rooms are quite small. While we were not expecting a new hotel (we realize many of the hotels are older) we did expect not to have a peeling floor in bathroom, no plug for the sink, a toilet holder that held toilet paper, all working outlets and a tv that worked. We had none of those. When we asked about tv they said "it should work". The front staff seemed to have little knowledge to answer questions and management was never there when we asked to speak to management. The only good things about the hotel were the breakfast which was a good buffet with alot of variety and that they are located close to the beach and have access to free beach umbrellas. Overpriced for what we got.
Bathrooms are old, but clean. Rooms have some new furniture and old - it's clean. Beds are quite comfy. Pool is nice and clean, nice place to relax - good for kids also. Location is good - close to the beach and close to Bafile street. It is placed in quieter area, so it's good for faimiles. Staff can speak english a bit, but they are not that kind.
Have just returned from a week in Jesolo. We stayed at the 3* Hotel New, located midway along the 15km beach. It is set back one street from the beach itself - a short 3 minute or so walk away. I have to say, I was a little intimated after reading some of these reviews, but after checking in I was able to relax and chill. The hotel, it has to be said, is somewhat dated, but that should not detract from the friendly staff (excellent English spoken on the front desk, compared with my very rusty Italian!). The place as been observed by many is very clean, despite some ageing fixtures & fittings. Breakfast was included within the tariff, and, again, as observed by many was abundant. Cooked eggs, sausage & bacon, boiled eggs, fruit aplenty, cereal, bread (including toast!!), washed down with fruit juices, a variety of teas and coffees. It was very clear the hotel team worked hard to make you stay as good as possible. The hotel has its own swimming pool - very nice - which for most of the week was empty as everyone took advantage of the hotel's allocation of sunbeds on the beach. To be fair I cannot find fault with this place, well worth the money. Would I stay again? Certainly Pros: Location, pool, lift, sunbeds on beach, clean, friendly staff Cons: Needs a brighten up, and in summer gets HUGELY busy over the weekends as the locals descend for some sun and R&R Thank you New Hotel for making it a great holiday
We stayed here from Aug 22nd for 4 nights, after booking a late deal with Expedia. Hotel in a perfect location seconds from the gorgeous beach. The room was adequate, breakfast buffet very good so much choice. The pool was very refreshing, after spending a long hot day on the beach. Jesolo is a great town, with so much to do & see, vast array of restaurants etc which arent exspensive at all. We paid for the land train & hired a bike which took us to the ferris wheel & sand art area which was fantastic. Took a bus to Venice about 45 minutes away, breathtaking city which was highly magical. Gondola rides were 80 euros each, which we declined, as far too costly. The boat trip across was wonderful & soo worth it. Would highly recommend this hotel & Italy, we will be returning
Fair price for what it has to offer. WiFi was close to 0 (zero) but if you are spending most of your time on the beach you can get very decent WiFi service there. Breakfast was included with the room and it was very good, covering a lot of choices. After hours front desk service is available only on call.
Had a lovely time at the new hotel yes the rooms are small but u get a great breakfast and a nice pool and the cleaners come in every day and it's spotless the bathrooms the shower not the best but made we made the most it good aircon
A disappointing stay at this hotel in August 2013. At £100 per night this is very overpriced. The rooms are very dated - despite its name - and the bathrooms virtually unusable. The bathroom is in essence a wet room. They were not designed with fitted showers, as an afterthought, they have attached a shower hose to the wall with a foldout shower screen which is a very difficult contraption to get into position. The shower head wouldn't stay on the pole so we had to hold it by hand to shower and then the entire room including the loo was soaking wet which made going to the loo at night not only a squelchy affair but a health and safety issue for fear of slipping. When we asked to move we were told that apparently all double rooms are like this so beware. Parking - the hotel advertises parking but, apparently, you have to book it in advance. Ie, they don't have enough parking for everyone. Fair enough. But even to drop off luggage and check in was virtually impossible with a car - the local streets are very busy - there is no nearby parking so you are relying on the hotel. Fortunately there were two of us so one of us could unload the luggage while the other drove the car round - not sure what you would do if you were on your own. We ended up paying for parking in the nearby (5 min walk) private car park. Which was fine, but cost an additional 15 euros and was awkward. On the plus side, friendly staff with very good English. We were celebrating our ten year anniversary. What a shame we chose to spend it here.
The room was quite small for a family of four, especially the bathroom. Furniture and the design is a bit old but clean. The swimming pool of the hotel is very useful with small children, clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast is very good, but you better ask coffee from the bar.. Very good location close to the beach and the main street. Good value.
Have just returned from week in New Hotel, Lido de Jesolo and found the hotel clean, location excellent, breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Beach was just across the road with free sun loungers and umbrella. Sea was very safe to get into especially for children. Main street in Jesolo is brilliant for shopping, eating, hiring bikes. Hotel bathroom needed a bit of refurbishment, but hotel in general was good.
Sok negatív komment ellenére én pont az ellenkezőjét tapasztaltam. 2. emeleten laktunk a wifi jól ment, ezenkívül van lift, normál méretű szoba, hűtő, hajszárító, széf. A fürdő kicsit kopottas, a csapnál itt ott koszos, de egyáltalán nem vészes. A reggelinél meg mindenki azt eszik amit szeretne, hatalmas a választék. A személyzet kedves, mindent elmagyaráztak. Közel van a pályaudvar és a part is.
