This property is in a residential/commercial area without any shops nearby. Area also looked a little seedy ie, I wouldn't have walked around here at night. Breakfast and dinner options were limited. Staff seemed to be aware of this by suggesting places to park in the center if we chose to drive into the center. I chose this location because it offered free parking, which it had and all other criteria were fine, too.
We were welcomed happily in our own language, the staff were attentive and prepared our room sooner than expected, and allowed us a bit later checkout so we did not have to wait in the lounge or at the train station where we went next. They also helped with explaining things, in particular the french menu, and ordering the local taxis. One big problem though, was the website said they had LAUNDRY service. I asked if they could get a small bag of underclothes washed for us by next morning. They said it would be handled. Well yes, we got the clothes later the same day, but when the bill was presented, they had been taken to a DRY CLEANER, and the cost was 128 EURO, or about $150 for ten pieces of underwear! This was almost as much as the cost for one night stay. No one offered any compromise or accepted any fault.
It is bad location far away from downtown so that customers have to take taxi. The bad environment is crmation beside of hotel. Also, hotel manager charged a bottle of water for four Euro. It is noisy place.
