Fantastic hotel, excellent service, very nice people. Would not mind if USB chargers are added to rooms.
When your situation changes suddenly and staff help you know it’s good!On my 1st morning I felt ill suddenly & called reception & Hannah came up and stayed w me& suggested calling ambulance so I’d get checked out. She was caring and calm and I was back feeling better the next day & when I got to my room there was a get well card and bag w sodas to make me feel better. As for the room and facilities they’re very good as is the location! Alas I never tried the sauna but the staff was terrific

I have stayed here several times. It's a large corporate hotel so there isn't a ton of charm but it's VERY convenient right in the Kamppi area. My room this time had a decent view of the city (not the courtyard this time luckily) and was spacious enough. The free breakfast is really great, always. There is even a whole section dedicated to vegan food, if that's your thing. The most important feature of this hotel is how convenient it is to all the transportation and sights! I wouldn't live right in Kamppi, but it's the perfect location to get to the train station, shopping, and all the buses or trams you might need.
