Nice hotel in a busy Richmond BC location. Restaurant scene is great with a lot of Asian restaurants and walking distance to Aberdeen Center. Clean hotel rooms with very hospitable staff. We were able to check in very early in the morning since a room was available.

Very good service especially Enrico Rivera. We would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Richmond BC.

It was a great location close to the airport with shuttle van there when I needed it. There are lots of Asian restaurants in the area, and lots of shopping options. We had a nice time just walking around.

No issues at all. They accommodated me for a pick up from the airport at 9.30pm after i called the hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. They even returned the gloves that I misplaced the night before.

I chose the location because of location (Richmond BC) the center of the Chinese population and superb food choices. The hotel is also relatively close to the international airport. Breakfast included, copious in quantity if not quality (the choice of artificial eggs and sliced hot dogs were tasteless, selfie waffles, breads, yoghurt and fruit were plentiful. One devoted staff member to keep choices filled was good, seating was fine as well.

As noted, a good place to stay for facilities, cleanliness, warmth, service, it's all there. I had an accident. I fell in the bath as the shower gel made the bath surface slippery. Maybe a warning should be placed emphasising the use of the rubber bath mat when showering.

We always book,here when coming to Thailand . Reliable, clean and great staff.

Very disappointed when we had to book this through at last minuteBEWARE the free airport transportation neglected to put that it was ONLY from 6 am to 9 pm.... otherwise use a taxi. Other hotels at higher price offered 24 hour service. It would have been worth it...

The hotel offers most of the travel essentials that travelers require such as a shuttle service, breakfast, pool, spa, gym, etc however, it would be beneficial to provide a variety of breakfast items, flexible shuttle service, bigger pool, etc. Also, rooms need to be double checked to make sure that they are up to level to present to clients such as neat bedsheets, coffee maker kits, and microwave accessibility to satisfy your clients. Moreover, we really enjoyed the friendly service and travel guidance provided by your employees. Thank you!

The location is so great. Not far from Vancouver and many great Chinese restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and the price is reasonable.

Location is great, many restaurants to choose from right outside hotel, very close to skytrain station. Clean and big room.

One of the best hotel we stay the room is so comfortable and make you sleep well

The hotel was great for an overnight before grabbing a flight. I checked in and my wife joined me later. We were accomodated well

It's a nice room near the Richmond area where my family love to be surrounded with Chinese food. It's quiet and clean here

The hotel was better than I thought, the rooms were clean and I felt safe despite the area around. I needed it to overnight before my flight back to US. We booked two rooms and both were comfortable. I suggest it as a peaceful and safe stop and go.

Great value. Would stay again. Used my travel dollars so super great value

Great if you need to be close to the airport ..... Shuttle only runs till 930 pm if not $20 cab ride very clean and decent room Good value for the spend

As noted, a good place to stay for facilities, cleanliness, warmth, service, it's all there. I had an accident. I fell in the bath as the shower gel made the bath surface slippery. Maybe a warning should be placed emphasising the use of the rubber bath mat when showering.

beware of free airport transport

Very disappointed when we had to book this through at last minuteBEWARE the free airport transportation neglected to put that it was ONLY from 6 am to 9 pm.... otherwise use a taxi. Other hotels at higher price offered 24 hour service. It would have been worth it...
