Needed a hotel airport for the night and this place delivered. The shuttle bus was timely, the hotel rooms seemed refurbished and it is close to a shopping mall and heaps of restaurants. You could walk to any food place which I found extremely convenient. It seemed safe walking around at night too. If you wanted Walmart it was just a 12 min walk down the road. An observation and appreciation point (from my perspective). This bathroom had a shower recess that did not leak onto the main bathroom floor. It was well designed or well sealed. This attention to detail is not lost on me as I found most hotel showers leak. The breakfast offering by the hotel is possibly its weakest link as there was not a lot of hot food in the buffet. It is also a breakfast you have to pay for. The location of this hotel ticked all the boxes.

Overall the hotel is nice. It’s clean, well kept and the staff are friendly. There are two drawbacks. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbour cough or use the hair dryer at 6:00 am. The other is the food. The restaurant is overpriced and I would not recommend it. The food is not very good. They can do much better in this regard. If it wasn’t for the poor quality of the food I would consider giving a rating of 4.

good location, we arrived hotel near 9:30pm and still have many restaurant open, and have free shuttle, but when we book this hotel from Expedia, have a bad experience, we book 2 room, 1 is double room another is twin, when booking i have checked, also have breakfast include. but when check in they told me only one room include. and the hotline to call Expedia is busy, an email reply very slow, i very disappoint with this agent.

Good location close to airport. Rooms are okay and the bathroom is small. Both could use better cleaning. Front desk staff helpful. The restaurant was okay slow service at night, there was only one person working in the evening. Hotel guests have to pay for parking.

We needed a hotel close to the airport and this was a great location. Close to a mall and lots of Asian restaurants. The accommodations were very nice and reasonable. We stayed in a Deluxe Corner Room. Great check in service. Breakfast buffet was fine and eggs benedict off the menu was very nice. Very good service.

If you need a hotel near the airport for a couple of days in Richmond, I found the Sheraton to be a great location, and price, with Landsdowne mall next door as well as a handy McDonald’s. In front of the hotel there is a strip of, primarily Chinese, diverse restaurants, however I didn’t have time to venture in. Standard expectations from a hotel, however I wasn’t impressed with the very ordinary looking breakfast buffet (for a Marriott). The more expensive a la carte options from the menu seemed to be a better bet, but still couldn’t help going next door to McDonald’s. Was quite satisfied with their free airport shuttle bus which runs regularly.

This motel was very clean and for our trip centrally located. Close to the sky rail and travelling with skiing gear, offering airport to motel free shuttle suited our needs. Numerous shops and food in local area also added to this location

We stayed there for 2 nights during our Canada trip. It's near to airport and downtown is just around 20 min away. Surrounding is very quiet but lots of restaurants are nearby. Good hotel to stay for business and leisure too.

I was very pleased with this hotel. This was a business trip. First we were allowed an early checkin at 10;30 am which was great after a 5 hour flight. The room was a good size and very clean. The lobby and restaurant were open and welcoming. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was good. Service was excellent! I will definitely stay here again if the rate is right as it was this time. Only negative was I could hear the planes from the nearby airport when my window was open but it did not disrupt my sleep.

This was an unexpected stay. My flight back home was cancelled after a day of off site training. I had to scramble to find an affordable place to stay overnight. These guys had a free shuttle that drove from the airport to the hotel and back the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable. I slept well in the super comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and a hair dryer. Some of the nice touches were a modern coffee maker and a complimentary water bottle. For the next morning I had a breakfast voucher. You can order a la carte or buffet. My voucher gave me access to the buffet which included fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, eggs made to your liking, sausage, taters and more. Orange juice and coffee were also included. Great place to stay close to the airport!
