Located on the lower floor of our modern home, this 800+ sq. ft. suite features: - A full kitchen with dishwasher - Bright living & dining area with HD Smart TV (Netflix included) - Fast 250Mb WiFi for streaming or remote work - Master bedroom with queen bed & large wardrobe - Second bedroom with twin bunk beds & ample storage - In-suite washer/dryer, linens, and towels provided - Families with kids will especially love the 14-ft enclosed trampoline, perfect for bouncing out extra energy!
Access to the suite is via the back laneway, with a private entrance. Please note there are several stairs (with handrail) leading to the suite, so all guests must be comfortable with stairs.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

2. Excessive dirt, crumbs, etc. on flooring should be vacuumed or wiped.
3. Place all soiled towels in the bathtub
4. Strip beds and place bedding in the laundry room
5. Clean dishes in the dishwasher or drying rack are acceptable,
6. Place garbage and recycling in the provided containers in the garage before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are between 11 p.m.-7 a.m., maximum of 2 visitors in the suite at a time in addition to the guests staying.
Parking is available on Kings ave. Please do not park on the garage pad.
Garbage, recycling, and compost placed in bins at garage by 8 a.m. on Thursday mornings (Fridays if the Monday has been a holiday).
