I had fantastic time with my short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, my room was better than expected, and even with an event and constant construction I didn't have any noise that bothered me. (the occasional thump or road noise, but all totally normal). If I'm ever back in Port Moody, I'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and reasonable prices, friendly good service.

There is a loud nightclub on the ground floor of the hotel that kept us awake. The coffee-maker was plugged into an outlet that did not work.

Nice hotel clean , near sky train and the employees very nice

Nice hotel. Good location. Very nice staff. Welcoming.

Early check in and late check out was great. Filtered drinking water should be provided in the gym. Room Air conditioner unit is very noisy and disturbing. Difficult to sleep well.

Besides the fact that the hotel is close to friends, it is a very affordable, modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. Great location for shopping (across from the mall) and walking distance from restaurants and the grocery store. I will always stay here when visiting BC. The New Years Package was nice - we got a great room but didn’t know about the party until we got there (no one said anything) so we missed out on tickets. The entire staff is very friendly (as most Canadians are) so we always enjoy our stay.

The hotel is solid overall. Pros: Friendly staff Very attentive and fast responses to any issues 24 hour room service Soaking tub with jets large balconies Cons: *Shower wasn't super clean - a bit of some kinda sticky residue up on the walls and a reallllly sticky hotel pen put on the stationary area. *Alarm clock was set by previous folks to go off at 4 and 5 am. Woke us up after an 8 hour trip to get there and we had just gone to bed. *The tub malfunctioned and the jets went off 2 hours after we used it total of three times. Very loud and startling. Woke us up in the night. *Restaurant seems to have no vegan options, so 24 hour room service is less than ideal. *Room keys lose their ability to open doors after about 6 hours. We had to get ours recharged 5 times in our 2 night stay. While we were there 4 others also needed it done. After we complained, the staff said to not keep it near phones but #1) it would be nice to be told that before having to come down stairs 4 times and #2) after they told us that we put it in a separate place away from our phones and they still lost charge. Overall, it was a nice enough hotel, but I wouldn't give it 4-5 stars for the problems we had and considering the price we paid.

It was nice and room . I will come back again if come back to Vancouver. Nice hotel staff .....

Room we stayed in showed a little bit of wear, mainly wear on furniture and some cracked sheetrock on ceiling. Ice bucket had bag in it half filled with water upon arrival. Mattress was firmer than my wife and I would have liked. Very quiet room, good views of surrounding area. There was a fitness room as well as a pool and spa that we didn't utilize. We ate at both The Pub 405 and The Wild Fig, both were good and prices were comparable to other places we visited. Super convenient access to transit with Skytrain station about 3 blocks over. Jacuzzi tub in room was a nice bonus. Never any issues with hot water. Staff was super friendly and responsive to requests or questions. Overall it was a good stay (1 week) and we would stay here again.

Room is not clean and has a lot of dust in the room.

Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. It is a relatively standard hotel.

Very nice location, but it's too noisy and need better customer services.

Very nice location and good value. Live music and good happy hour menu.

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from Lougheed Mall, a sky train terminal and several restaurants.

Location is very good, I've been stayed this hotel often but some times front staff is not make me happy.

average with good live music in pub, pool and hot tub were good with below average gym facilities

This has been an excellent choice. The staff and amenities were great, location was ideal. Easy access to the train station and bus terminal. I'll be back.
