Very convenience location, friendly staff and very clean.

Slightly disjointed property. I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was really nice.

hair clogged shower drain, garbage on floor, ancient mattress, old beat up furniture, no mini bar, loud rattling AC next to bed, noisy

Staff was helpful and polite. Parking is free. Building and rooms feel old and a bit outdated but still clean and fairly well maintained.

We liked the two bed rooms apartment. My son is 16 and with a room for him made the entire stay much pleasant. We appreciate the hotel shuttle; it conveniently transfer we from and to airport. I would have rated it even higher if not because of the smell in one of the bath rooms. We checked in close to midnight and were too tired to ask for possibly changing room. A cleaning lady came the next morning and I asked her to clean the bath room. She moped the floor and the smell was significantly decreased... not entirely gone, but much better. I did the same request during the following few days of our stay and the bath room smell was mostly gone. The other area of the room were mostly very clean.

Upgraded to a suite in Tower 3 with a full kitchen including a washer/dryer. In addition it was only 2 1/2 blocks from the shopping center. The free transit bus to the airport leaves the hotel promptly every half hour. If you need to be close to the airport, we highly recommend this hotel. One comment: the pillows were much too hard and the comforter too heavy for summer-like weather. We switched the comforter with a blanket so it wasn't a problem. Only the pillows!

Even after arriving after Midnight, we were picked up at the airport within 10 minutes. Very comfortable stay. Will return and stay there again next time.

I wanted a hotel convenient to the airport and a place to safely leave my car over the weekend. This hotel worked great. Rooms were nice, also quiet. Stayed on a Thursday night, left the car in the gated parking garage came back and stayed on Monday. Airport shuttle both ways. The hotel is also convenient to a number of good restaurants near by. I would recommend.

Staff was a hit or a miss. I called down to the front desk and kept getting a busy tone. When I finally got a hold of someone to ask if a computer and printer was available for check-in and boarding passes, I was told, "you can try, but our printer has been broken for a few days." The bathroom amenities could've been better as well. Rooms were decent, not as horrible as reviews I read prior to booking. Of course, the restrooms could've been cleaner as I saw mildew/mold stains on the wall. I did like that they provided plates, silverware, pots/pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. Great for families!

Hotel itself has good location (closer to restaurants and stores) though the executive tower seems to be converted from apartment. The interior is old but I like that their two bedroom apartment has two bathrooms for family or larger group to stay.

We arrived after midnight due to late flight. Hotel staff sent the shuttle immediately and gave us an upgrade which was very pleasing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. I would return to this hotel without hesitation. Michel Grimard

Used the hotel stay as a park and fly as we were coming down from Whistler and flying out early the next morning. worked out perfect for us. Shuttle stay extremely helpful and polite!

Hotel room looked old and the refrigerator was noisy! For the price it was ok!

On a 20-hour layover in Vancouver, I booked this room and got a reservation on the same day. Its a really well-decorated place and you can tell they updated everything fairly recently. I loved the hotel staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and even though I arrived 2 hours before check-in, they could see how exhausted I was and not only made a room available early, but they actually upgraded me to a great King executive room. I cannot tell you how well I slept, which was exactly what I needed. The airport shuttle service was invaluable and my 4am shuttle was waiting when I came down for my early morning departure. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful, and if I ever get a chance to stay in another of these hotels, I will jump at it. It's top-notch, and for a very reasonable price. Oh, and the adjoining liquor store was the best! I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed all the other amenities. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was nice. It was close to the airport and also close to the skytrain. The conference facilities were excellent.

Only stayed overnight to fly out very convenient and satisfactory

Flight got delayed so had to find a place to stay. It's pretty decent here, the staffs are particularly helpful. They also have free shuttle to airport.

not far from the airport, plus parking on the same floor as the room...

Hotel is not veery fresh, but in good shape. Plus had free parking on 5th floor where was my room. Quite convenient. Same time the room price was acceptable.

Hotel is located away from main attractions, but with many good restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Free parking and free WiFi is definitely a plus. We had a two bedroom with 2 baths and that was great with kids.
