This is the new house. I have always been friendly to host guests and have been a superhost for 2 years. It’s horrible to meet such a group of people. they have been lying and I can't bear it. 1. The housing reservation rules are in Expedia . This is in a residential area, it is not allowed to party because the noise will affect the neighbors. But the guest gether more than 20 people, they have been parting from 6pm to 11pm, the very loud music and the noise of a large group of people affected me and the neighbors. I continue to warned them not to party and not to be too noisy after 10 pm, and they did not answer my phone . I had to go to my house at 11pm at minight, and have to evict all the unregistered people . 2. The reservation said that there were only 2 people, but I saw people coming into my house constantly. At 11pm, I saw that the whole house was full of people, more than 20 people. This was during the epidemic, so many people gathered for a party, none of them Wearing a mask is a serious violation of the city’s regulations. The government requires that you stay at home as much as possible and to prohibit large-scale indoor gatherings due to the fourth wave of the epidemic in Vancouver is severe and the ICU beds are tight. 3. I have been reminding guests to follow the housing rules on the booking platform, emails, and phone messages.
