There was a vent from the laundry that was cluttering the outside landscape with white lint from a dryer that was 9 to 10 m away from the entrance to the hotel that made things very unsightly. The outside landscape was in poor condition and was in need of weeding, and removing dead plants. On the hallway to the room a large cart and pump was left out almost the entire day. All in all the exterior needs a little more attention.

The camera angle made the pool bigger on the picture. The flooring around the pool and hot tub is very slippery. I recommend foot wear until you're ready to go in the water. There's an elevator. room has a microwave, fridge, and a lot of surface area. Breakfast includes make your own waffles. There's a zoo closeby.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was good! Will be coming back!

I booked this hotel looking to stay in Vancouver...hotel is in an industrial park about an hour outside the city. Quiet and relatively clean, close to highway and US border. Good value but not close enough to city

My checking in experience was average nothing over the top but still met my expectations. The night worker was not very personable. Front desk workers have no uniform and were dressed casual ao it was hard to identify who was who as each time I was there nobody was at the front desk. Housekeeping were friendly but there was a few untidy parts of the room. Stained sink and dirty ice buckets the airconditioner was abnormally loud. But as far as your basic parts of the hotel it met an average expectation. Bed was comfy and shower was comfortable. Continental breakfast was waffle maker, bagels, muffins, toast, hard boiled eggs and cold cereal. We did not use the pool the water looked very merky either it was dirty or excess of chemicals. 3ft deep and we couldnt see the bottom.

For a super 8 hotel this is the nicest one I've stayed at this price is great location is a little out of the way.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel one night for a nearby wedding. Unfortunately, we didn't utilize the awesome looking water slide - would be great for families! The hotel did meet all our needs! Friendly staff printed out directions to the wedding and were very accommodating. Room was basic, but had everything we needed!

The hotel was very nice. We stayed here because of the indoor water park which consisted of a waterslide, waterfall cane, and "mushroom" as well as a hot tub. We normally wouldn't choose this brand, but because of the weather we chose to find the hotel with the best indoor amenities. We were pleasantly surprised with a great and expansive room (King Suite) with 2 large flat screen TVs. Complimentary WiFi throughout the entire hotel (not just the lobby and common areas) and among the best continental breakfast that I've seen. It included hot and cold cereals, assorted juices, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and hot self prepared Belgium waffles. Our family was very pleasantly surprised and considered staying another day. We also loved how close it is to the US Border. Our biggest obstacle was the proximity to Vancouver and restaurants. There is fast food within walking distance but to have choices of sir down restaurants you have to travel about 15 minutes and it's about an hour to get to central Vancouver. Not because of distance solely, but because of the freeway design and access about 55km/30miles to Central Vancouver.

It was a very nice hotel and very convenient for our needs

Nice hotel, once we located it. Even the McDonalds just round the corner didn't know it was there. Needs big sign at inconspicuous entrance.
