Step inside to discover a tastefully furnished interior featuring a spacious living area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The living room features a sofa, 2 lounge chairs, and a flat-screen TV, all by a cozy fireplace.

KITCHEN:
The thoughtfully designed kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is equipped with all required utensils, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Enjoy your meal at the big kitchen island with seating for 6 people.

BEDROOMS:
The two cozy bedrooms offer plush bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a full sized bed. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can sleep 1 person comfortably. The pristine bathroom includes all the essentials for your comfort and convenience.

BACKYARD:
Step outside, you`ll find a charming patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or gathering around the cozy fire pit. Additionally, the property offers convenient parking and easy access to nearby parks, shopping centers, and dining options.

For people looking to stay long term I offer discounts for stays over 30 days. I also have weekly discounts available!

You will have access to the entire lower unit of the home with a private and keyless entry. Upstairs is another dwelling. There is a private driveway to park your vehicle.

Located in a great neighborhood surrounded by friendly neighbors. It`s a family friendly location with little through traffic. Gives you peace and quite day and night. Minutes away from Waterfront makes it a highly desirable spot.

Getting around is extremely easy being just minutes away form downtown and I-5 which connects you to unlimited adventure.

This home is located on the first floor separate from the upstairs. You have a private entrance and no shared space with the upstairs home. As far as the backyard it is open to both units.

-This property does not have elevators.
-Unnotified Pet Fee: Guests who bring pets without notifying the host will be charged $400 per pet/per night for the duration of the stay.
-Pets vaccinations should be up to date and free of ticks and fleas.
-Guests assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by their pet during their stay.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
-Shoes: Please remove your shoes and leave them in the entryway.
- Pets: If you bring a pet, ensure all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly.
- No Events: Events or parties are not allowed.
-Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.
- Towels: Place all used towels in a single pile in the bathroom.
-Trash and Recycling: Please place all trash in the designated receptacle and all recyclables in the provided recycling bins under the kitchen sink.
- Electronics and Lights: Turn off all electronics and lights before leaving the home.
- Grill: After using the grill, please turn off the propane.
- Nepresso Pods: We provide 3 Nespresso pods per booking to ensure you have a comfortable stay. If you require additional pods, please acquire them at your own expense.
-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
