This Hotel was under major construction and was an obstacle course to find your way around. The staff were all very nice especially the food service people. The internet service was bad, 2nd Best Western I had this experience with. Overall the price was too high for conditions, & size of room, should be a discount during construction but in general I am finding Best Westerns seem to be charging too much for their stay even with including breaky.

We stayed 3 nights. Beds were comfortable & very clean. Unfortunately, our bathroom amenities were never replaced even though there were hardly any to use. I wondered if this was Best Western thing because at Holiday Inn Express, they replace everyday if it was used. Good breakfast but the staffs very busy. Only 2 staffs one day & it was crazy. I had asked something & it never came.

The hotel was great. Loved the breakfast they served.

Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and probably one of the better breakfast buffets I have been to. Very good value and very close to the Metrotown.

Staff was so nice & helpful. Convenient walk to area restaurants and shopping.

Good hotel, value for money experience. Ample parking. Would like to stay when in Burnaby again.

I'm so glad we stayed at this hotel for our vacation. All the staff were really nice and more than willing to help with whatever you needed. The location was perfect as we opted to take the sky train as transportation and it's really close the metrotown mall station. Great continental breakfast with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet for being on a busy street. For all this hotel offers, the value is fantastic. I would stay here again and will definately recommend it.

Any hotel with a lot of rooms an have problems. We had our share. If you are renting a car, then this is an ok hotel. Overall, just "meh". And the breakfast was bad.

We had stayed at a resort the night before on Vancouver Island and it was on the beach and beautiful. The next night we stayed at the Best Western. 1/2 the rate and it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were more comfortable then the resort!!! Believe it or not... Also the lady at the desk was very sweet and gave great directions. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Decent price for the room and good breakfast!!

My wife and I stayed at this place as I wrote a medical school exam at 7:00 am the next morning at Metrotown. The room was clean and quiet. Would stay there again in a heart beat!

The accomadations were very well suited for my stay. The front desk was very helpful during my visit.

We had a good stay everything was fine

hotel was fine but I thought the price was high. I wasn't aware the price was in US dollars. I don't know why it was.

The staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean and nice, but the bed was very hard. Wireless internet was difficult to receive, requiring exact placement of the computer. No Ethernet cable was provided in room.
