I couldn’t stay there. It was so bad.

Love staying here. Nice rooms, easy parking and the jacuzzi.

Pool was closed they said due to Covid. All other hotels in the area opened their pools. They only had one crib for the entire hotel. They were supposed to have a hot breakfast. Staff said they couldn't get the food, supply chain. We stayed all week at another Best Western an hour away and they had no problem with their breakfast. Management should have went to the grocery if needed. Didn't get what we paid for. Woke up to a homeless guy sleeping on the steps right outside my room. This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel and one of the most expensive that I've paid. I would advise Orbitz to not send customers there.

UNSAFE, DIRTY GROUND AREAS, HORRIBLE RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE. AREA SURROUNDED BY AGRESIVE HOMELESS. ENDED UP GETTING A ROOM ELSEWHERE DIRECTLY. WON'T TRUST YOUR REVIEWS O4 SERVICES ANYMORE.

Mostly like the jet pool but i wish it got hotter but overall everything was nice

We checked in at midnight. The person was extremely slow, the credit card machine was down and the clerk wanted us to leave out credit card with him. Then our door key didn't work. The room was great, breakfast was great and the GM seemed good.
