Had a great two night stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location with lots of art/craft shops and restaurants nearby.. Ate dinner both nights at the roof top restaurant with outdoor seating and beautiful views. Excellent food. Room was comfortable and clean (#6). Keep in mind that the hotel is on a pedestrian only street, so need to park a block or so away on the street which can be tough. They do have two parking spots available at a local neighbor that can be reserved in advance. We paid 10,000 CP per night for the spot and it was well worth it. We spent 3 nights in Santiago and then 2 in Valparaiso and very glad we did.
Really loved this hotel. It is the Valparaiso experience. The restaurant view is a dream. You have to book a room with a view. If not it will not be worth it. Food was excelent. Service was excelent. Maybe there are too busy in the restaurant so try not to go to eat during busy hours.
