Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. FREE PARKING in the same building WI-FI 5G and NETFLIX. Air conditioning and heating. Fully equipped, kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels, barriers for beds if children come .... In the center, 4 minutes walk from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Central Market, 100 meters from the Colegio de Arte Mayor de la Seda. Three minutes from the Angel Guimerá metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the port and beach of Valencia. The apartment faces a pedestrian square, so it is very quiet and bright.
