This Residence Inn is the perfect example of Marriott as the best in hospitality. The Studio was roomy and clean. Bed was super comfortable. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube and many more channels to enjoy for free! Breakfast was SUPERB. The staff in that kitchen at comp breakfast buffet are amazing! LOVE THIS HOTEL!
When we asked to check in early they were very accommodating.
Our room was clean & comfortable. Staff was wonderfully helpful and nice, I think they were better then some of the five stars hotels we stayed at. I feel very lucky to have found this hotel, it is a perfect base for our family trips to LA area. It's located just outside all the LA traffic but close enough to most of LA's fun attractions. From now on we plan to stay at this hotel whenever we are in LA.
The hotel was close to Granada Hills in California terms, meaning at least 20 minutes to get to our family. It was very quiet, staff was nice. The breakfast staff was nice, but the menu was the same all 7 days. It got old. Pancakes/waffles, sauage, eggs, toast,bagels potatoes,pastries, fruits, cereal..the same every day. It would have been nice to have an elevator to our room .
The best thing about this hotel was the location and the number of local food choices. Otherwise, it was noisy, had a bad suite design with bathroom not accessible to both rooms without transit through the master bed room, and the shower sucked in two dimensions, water pressure and water temperature.
