Just returned from an excellent 10 days stay at your hotel. Despite arriving late at night, the receptionist, Magda, was friendly and welcoming. She even had remembered my name! Magda is a true professional, nothing was too much trouble for her. Asked for a packed lunch for morning we were leaving. what a surprise to find baguettes, salad and even an ice box! we shall certainly be returning. Thank you all . Nora and Kevin Burke

My husband booked this hotel for a night away for my 50th birthday as he liked the fact it was an adults only hotel. We had a side room facing a restaurant where went had a lovely meal in the evening! The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. After our meal we sat on the hotel terrace outside and ordered cocktails and when we told the waitress that it was my birthday, she gave me a huge hug and congratulated me, she was so lovely! As we returned back to our room, I was so surprised to find a bottle of cava in an ice bucket with two champagne glasses so we could celebrate with their complements!! It really did make my birthday that extra bit special and would very much like to thank them. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want and especially loved the freshly squeezed chilled orange juice and choice of fresh bread rolls and pastries! We would highly recommend this hotel and love to return again soon!

This adult only Hotel is a great place for either a holiday or a short break. The staff is very friendly, efficient and amiable. The location is perfect, the room are nicely furnished and comfortable. If you book direct on their website, you will get the best price.

Friendly place. Comfortable rooms. Good food. Gandia Grau i Platja excellent, great beach, very Spanish, hardy any foreign tourists. Highly recomended, Hotel, report, everything! Best to book a car and drive from Valencia airport, Hotel had parking 5 euros per day, or if space sea front parking is free.

Hotel in first row to the beach and for adults only. nice modern rooms with window in bathroom. also nice terrace with direct sea view. beds and pillows are really comfortable and room size sufficient. would definitely go back to this hotel when in town

We booked this hotel after a brief look at hotels in the area......major crime in my book usually as I always check out a hotel on trip advisor first, however this was a hurried booking two days before we arrived. My husband booked a sea view room but didn't phone to book parking...again, something we always usually do. We were delighted when we arrived and found a superb, modern, sleek hotel. Lifts are fast, corridors sleek. The hotel was clean, shiny and smelt fresh. Our room was lovely...the bed comfy despite its brick like appearance. Pillows were expensive. The balcony perfect for two....with direct sea views...literally all thAt separates hotel and beach is a road and pavements. A full bathroom with an actual bath, shower over...and a real bidet! Haven't had one of those in a hotel for a while. All was perfect...then after a lovely evening in Gandia we thought we would retire early...well 10 pm, the music got much louder. We were 4th floor but it came up clearly from the hotel bar below...that had an outside terrace and all the windows open. I suddenly remembered the 'adults only' policy...and wondered if we would get any sleep. At 11.30 pm on the dot the music stopped...heaven! We both slept like logs...no sounds from other rooms. Next morning a first class breakfast...cereals, pastries (too many pastries....) breads, cold meat, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, teas and coffee's! Absolutely first class. On leaving and paying a very moderate bill...around 85 Euros for the room and two breakfasts...we were presented with two very cold litre bottles of water. Fabulous. My only negative really is parking...we didn't get any as it's all booked up well in advance like most places on the beach. For us it didn't present a problem in May....in August....it could be nigh on impossible to park anywhere near. We will be back...this is a great hotel.

Not a "special" birthday but deserving of a treat. We booked directly and were allocated front of hotel room, right across from the beach - we reckon this was because we'd stayed at the Bayren - a sister hotel along the road. The room was very clean and there was ample storage, but not enough work space, just a small, narrow tv table. The staff were great and really friendly. There was some form of entertainment each night. The hotel seems really popular with Spanish pensioners. The food was OK, not loads of choice on the first night, but the second was far better. Breakfast again was better second time. All that said, we did have 2 nights half board for only €120.

The hotel is located just in front of the beach, that is very convenient. The town itself is very calm and there are not many things to do outside the hotel. However, inside the place everything is clean and neat. Hotel provides its clients with beach towels so there is no need to buy them. Buffet offers good selection of meal. I also liked the bar on the rooftop. The pool could be a bit bigger, but that's the only con. So if you want just relax on the beach, RH Riviera would be a good choice.

Pro´s: -Perfect situation, a few steps from the beach, just on the promenade. -Every single room has a balcony/terrace with sea views. -Perfect match price/quality. -Nice and helpfull staff. -The buffet hasn´t got a lot of variety but the food is fresh and nicely cooked. -Free wifi all over the hotel including the rooms. Cons: -Really tiny pool, unable to swim in it. Just 6 hammocks without space to place the towels on the floor if the hammocks are allready taken. -When cleaning the room, the free hand-soap wasn´t replaced in the whole week. -Too noisy at night, because of the situation.

Run by the RH group, a very professional and successful group. Many of the staff here are training for posts in the bigger hotels and every member of staff are eager to please. Where this hotel scores is the situation next to the beach and the proximity to many bars and restaurants. The decor is modern and up to date after a comprehensive refurbishment. The rooms are fine with everything you need including a good size bath and a comfy bed. There is underground parking which is essential in the summer season. Food is great, plenty of selection for breakfast, fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs. Dinner is a buffet style with a reasonable choice but amazing value at seven euros for residents. Small pool with jacuzzi and a few beds but as most guests are elderly Madrilenes and snooze in the afternoon and the few families go the beach, the chances are you will be alone. I can recommend this hotel for comfort, service and value. It is essentially a Spanish hotel for Spanish holiday makers but for me this is a bonus and adds to the charm and friendliness of staff and guests.
