Enjoyed our our stay hotel in a very good central location nice smaller hotel helpful staff plus had a decent spread for breakfast depending on what you like! But there was a bit of everything straight outside the hotel minute walk to all facilities in central Valencia including shops bars restaurants and bus stop
We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. It's a perfect location for exploring the Old Town and walking in Park Touria. Not a very big room but it has everything you need. Breakfast was great and the staff is so helpful and very friendly. From the airport to the station Xavira(3 or%) with underground is about 30 min. and a walk to the hotel about 10 min.
I visited with my dother, everthing was perfect, luxurious breakfast, very frandlly staff, location on the heart of old town, free rent a bikes. I ordered a taxi from airport to the hotel and also this was perfect
I have to say that I really like the petit palace hotels when we travel with kids in Spain. We stayed at this hotel in july 2016 for one night (2 kids, 2 adults). The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Valencia, easy for exploring the old town, and for going out for dinner. What I especially want to point out is that the staff is so helpful, and very friendly towards kids. They have excellent family rooms with one bunk bed and one double bed. Not a very big room, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was great, kids loved it too.
We stayed at this hotel on a long weekend in Valencia as in the name it is quite small but it is in an excellent position for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast set you up for a days sightseeing.
I visited with a friend and were delighted with both the city and this hotel. It is in a fantastic location; - great for exploring the Old Town and very convenient for buses to other parts of the city. It's not too far from the nearest metro stop (Colon) either, and there is a direct tram to and from the airport. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. Free WiFi is available. The only slight drawback is that we felt breakfast was fairly expensive (this wasn't included in our room rate). We were so happy to have found this hotel and will definitely return if in Valencia!
Following a business trip to Valencia I moved to this hotel for the weekend. As soon as I arrived on Friday evening I was made to feel welcome. Over my entire stay all the staff on Reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, including offering to post my postcards for me. It is located in a quiet street in the heart of the City, with many key sites within walking distance, and not far from metro/bus stops and a taxi rank. I was in a single room on the first floor at the end of the corridor. The room was clean with a larger than average size single bed and a good sized bathroom (too often single rooms are very cramped affairs). I had no view, however, as it was dark when I arrived and I was out all day Saturday this was not an issue for me. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, bread, pastries, milks plus hot food too. The hotel does not serve other meals but there are plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. They do have a lobby bar and you can also request a kettle for your room. Room service is limited to a wide selection of sushi. If you are looking for a central, inexpensive, friendly, clean and quiet hotel I recommend staying here.
The hotel is in a very good location, it has clean rooms and the breakfast was great. The old city is very near to the hotel as well the metro station and shopping district. It was a pleasure talking to receptionsts Nina and Luis, they were really kind and helpful with any question. The next time I come to Valencia I would like to meet them again 😊😊
Hotel is in center of the city - good location quite close to metro. Breakfast was paid but there was plenty of food. I was in a room with access for disabled (even though I don't need it), everything was fine. I used my cable to connect to computer network - it worked. I'm not sure about wifi but I saw there was a good signal in the room. The receptionist Nina was very nice to me, ella es muy simpática.
Very good hotel, clean rooms, nice service with welcome and goodbye present. Breakfast room is big enough and selection of food is very good. I havenšt missed anything. Staff is very freindly and helpful, even when they have a small problem with main lift. Superb location for main turist attartions in Valencia old town.
