    Uncomfortable broken mattress. It is not firm and sinks in all the way as soon as we lay on it; hence we both got lower back pain after 2 nights of sleep there. They could also pay more attention in the detail and fix the wobbling facet, clogged sink and cracked TV. Worst of all, we received the rudest customer service from the waitress working in the restaurant during breakfast hour. We asked politely if we could get coffee and she raised her voice at us for no reasons. She definitely ruined what was meant to be a lovely start of our day. Never again at this hotel!

    Property located on the beach close to the port and many restaurants. Breakfast (included) is just okay, everyday same food. Disappointed with the room, a very tiny window that didn’t get any light inside. The first day was no hot water and parking is hard to find during the day. (Public Parking on the street) I requested to change the dark room with no windows, no working phone, the safe needs the key from reception and I was told that this Is the room that I have chosen on Expedia site.... I was very close to call Expedia to find me a different hotel after we had no hot water in the day we have arrived and the entire next day until evening. After that was okay.

    There is a very loud disco across road until 4am they need tell guests and have better glazing and ear plugs

    Our room was very dated. Many of the dishes in the breakfast room we’re not clean. The breakfast food wasn’t very good.
