Nice room, good food.
When I got there I was told that they had over book the rooms and that My room was downgraded. I then ask for a King room. Witch was given without a problem. That room floor was wet. I then had to be change to another room the next day. The original room I had mad reservations for.
Theres was some things i noticed (as someone who used to be a housekeeper) that weren't cleaned. There was pieces of paper behind the night stand, beside the bathroom shelf on the floor. The room wasnt vacuumed properly, crumbs under the edge of the bed and under the desk chair.
My room was quite spacious and well appointed. Very quiet.

Waited 45 minutes to check in. When I got to the desk I gave the clerk my name and reservation. He said that they were fully booked and might not have a room for me. I told him that I had prepaid for my room He repeated that he might not have a room for me. Then he found me a room and gave me keys. I then had to tell him that I also prepaid for breakfast. He grudgingly gave me breakfast coupons and warned me to not lose them. I then went to my room and it was occupied by another guest. I had to take my luggage back down to the lobby and wait in line and finally got a vacant room. VERY POOR check-in experience!
Nicest hotel for a bit. Close to nice restaurants. Clean stay, friendly staff.
Lost my prepaid reservation. Surly staff put blame on me.

This hotel is convenient being right next to the interstate, but for most travelers a free breakfast would be ideal. The dine-in breakfast was very expensive especially for what you got. Holiday Inn's are mostly free breakfast, I'm not sure why this one wasn't. I would have stayed somewhere for the same price that was just as nice with free breakfast had I known ahead of time.
Front desk works were very courteous and bartender was friendly and awesome! Although the hotel was being worked on, it didn't take away from the stay.
This Hotel was a little tricky to find,you could see the sign but how to get to it, took time.
