Staff was extremely accommodating
Conveniently located. Well insulated from the noise. At the time of my stay there is a carnival across the street and it can't be heard inside. Staff is friendly and prompt. Room and lobby are nicely appointed at this price point.
It was okay for 1 night. We were not that impressed with the state of the room for what we paid for it. The price should have been less.

Room was very old, and had a distinct smell. We found a hair tie in bed under the blanket. Staff was quite rude too.
Parking lot is tight, 1 way in 1 way out. Hard to accommodate a race trailer. Elevator smelled a little musty. Other than that seemed clean and nice. If Covid didn’t exist I’m sure the amenities would be good.
Good location near plenty of restaurants. The a/c unit in the room was extremely noisy and the patio furniture was dirty.

I tried this hotel because I move from Atlanta to Florida a lot. So far this is my favorite hotel in Valdosta.
The check-in and out was quick and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable.....we all slept great:0)!!! I would book this hotel again.

I was in town for the weekend to meet friends (I live in Atlanta friends lives in Orlando). The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the nightly happy hour specials. The hotel is convenient to dining,shopping and entertainment. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
We originally planned to travel farther but my husband was tired of driving and so we stayed the night. I filter for 3 star hotel and was able to use points for a lower price. Very nice hotel and good price for the area. We enjoyed a good night's sleep and felt rested the next morning to drive all day long.
