I just couldn't believe how much details and care they put into the breakfast. Nice selection of fruit, warm Swiss eggs, great breads. The staff makes you feel at home. Everything here just tastes so much better - I wish they let me have breakfast here even after I check out. It's that good. ...

Great place to stay and awesome staff and location
Nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a nice room with view of the Matterhorn. Restaurant was good and affordable for Swiss standards. Would definitely go there again.
very nice, friendly staff. the town is walkable. there is one side of the hotel with rooms directly facing the matterhorn.
Room was clean and upgraded. Cute hotel in heart of zermatt, on the Main Street. Hotel has a ton of things to do (restaurants, bar and club). No A/C so that was the biggest problem- rooms were very small and got warm. Most hotels in the city do not have A/C. The staff at front desk were a bit uneducated to the city and language differences, but they tried to help as quickly as possible. If going during summer months, be aware that a lot of places are closed and reopen during winter (ski season is their peak).
