Novotel Suites Paris Roissy CDG

Really nice hotel, renovated in a modern, clean look, everything is thought through. I spend an excellent night with no voice whatsoever.

Great location, free and easy access from/to CDG, very helpful reception and a nice buffet breakfast. A comfortable room with good storage space for our stuff. Just what we wanted.

Even though you have a thermostat in your room, hotel has a centralized system that is controlled by hotel. Rooms are nice, but I say it is ridiculous to fool people by advertising air conditioned rooms and phony thermostats. Ended up sleeping with open window on the ground floor facing the street - it was like sleeping on the street. Ridiculous!

It was just ok!! Very cold room, we asked for extra blanket they us that they don't have any!!

Multi-hotel shuttle from CDG to/from Novotel. Everything was as expected. Clean and good condition. Two calls to hotel: 1st was impolite and left on permanent hold (over 5 minutes); 2nd was courteous and responsive. I'd use it again.

2nd time we stayed here before flight from CDG.so quiet, can't here the planes nearby.convenient shuttle to airport.room spotless.Minimalist decor but that is fine.easy walk to Roissy for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again

This hotel is convenient to avoid the stress of driving from Paris to Roissy to catch a morning flight. Rooms are big and the boat cabin decoration is pleasant. The only problem is that there are two Suite Novotel in Roissy and we were dropped by a friend at the wrong one. As our room was paid in advance we had to take a cab to transfer to the other Suite Novotel. Wish we had known....and saved 20 euros!

If you are in transit this is a good choice. Well located from CDG, you need to take a taxi or the shuffle bus. Just minutes away. For Price/Value, I recommend.

The staff forgot to put the wake-up call in the system for us. Hence, we missed the free shuttle to the airport and ended paying 20 Euros for the taxi (the taxi driver wanted cash and decided to charge us more for paying by credit cards. This was the taxi the hotel helped us call too!!). We almost missed our flight too... It was a horrible experience :(

This had to be the most uncomfortable bed we have EVER slept on.. and the room was to have a queen size pull out bed and only had one single couch..

Fairly luxurious room, very nice, would have cost considerably more at, say, Kennedy Airport. My only complaint was the airport shuttle to CDG. It was late, crowded, chaotic - luggage and people piled everywhere. I know that the French are a bit more chaotic than we are (usually I like it, it's a different country, it's fine), but this was over the line. Otherwise, a fine place.

Very good experience. Not quite at the airport and a little confusing to get there, but hotel staff and room were very good. wife and myself and two grown kids slept like babies before our early flight out...just what we needed

The hotel was in a great location for the CDG airport. The hotel shuttle needs some help as it is a full size bus and quite confusing. The confusion comes from the driver not telling you much. Even if you ask questions, the driver is not much help. We managed to get off at the wrong hotel...the Novotel, not to be confused with the Suites Novotel! Do you think the driver would say anything?? Not a chance! Rooms were nice size and the hotel was fine. It has no dining there, so you must go somewhere else for food. The bus stops at many hotels and only one stop at terminal 2. You may end up walking a long distance to find your gate/check in.

I usually stress out about where to stay in France as I have an allergy to cigarette smoke. This hotel met my needs with no caveats. There was no residual odor of smoke in the lobby or in the room, and the usual battery of smokers outside the front door was simply not there. The room itself was clean and fresh, including the bathroom and WC, and it was well equipped for working with a spacious desk and good internet access. Unexpectedly there was a bar, right at check-in, where you could get an ice cold drink even in the late evening. After a long day's travel, that was really welcome.

Hotel is good for what it is: when you need a bed, and need to catch a flight early next day. Very efficient, economical use of space. Helpful staff. Only problem: need to clearly identify each of the 4 Novotels in the area; cab drivers are confused by the lack of differentiation between the hotels. We were taken to the wrong hotel, but other Novotel staff very helpful and took us to correct hotel.

There are at least three (and we heard four) different Novotel lodgings at Charles DeGaulle Airport, so look carefully at your reservation details and note the exact name and address of the one you book. If you are flying into the airport, go to the tourist info desk and get the exact directions, or you may end up at the wrong Novotel. To reach this one you will need to take the airport shuttle train to Roissypole, and then take a free shuttle bus to this hotel -- but make sure you get the right shuttle bus, because there is more than one shuttle bus that says 'Novotel" on it. Before getting on the hotel shuttle bus, be sure to ask the driver if he goes to Allee de Verger, which is the address of THIS Novotel. Apart from that hurdle, the hotel was fine for our needs -- an overnight stay to catch an early flight. The room was clean, attractive, and very comfortable, with excellent bedding and mattress. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. One of the two elevators wouldn't work after we got on it, but the desk clerk took care of the problem right away. The shuttle van to our terminal was reliable and efficient. We needed to get a late dinner, and walked next-door to the Marriott, where we found decent food (limited choices, but well-prepared, unfortunately with slow service, however).

Great accomodations! Loved the easy access to and from CDG. The Roissy area is great with walking paths, and restaurants. Would recommend!

The NOVOTEL chain is a good one. At Charles de Gaulle Airport, there are three NOVOTELS and it is confusing to find the one where you have your reservation. There should be more clarity or better designation on the reservation. Breakfast was very good and served and prepared well. The bathrooms in the room was small, too small, and the shower allows very little room to maneuver. But the hotel served its purpose of allowing us to return to the airport the next morning.

If you need to stay closefrom airport this is a very good option.

Had an overnight on the way back to the States. Our stay was great. Quiet comfortable room with a free airport shuttle from CDG. WiFi was fast and free too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
