requested hotel to book a taxi but taxi did not come but a shuttle come instead

It was cute, clean, comfortable, and had a great breakfast. What more could you ask for in an airport hotel? Well, funny you should ask, because the shuttle was late and a bit of an overcrowded nightmare. Still, we made our flight and were well-rested and that's ail that really matters.

This was a super clean, modern hotel. The free shuttle took me to the airport in the morning. the room was very comfortable and the wifi was excellent. I highly recommend it.

We had an excellent experience. The staff went out of their way to help us. Very helpful. The hotel is very very clean. It is conveniently located close to the airport and the train station.

The hotel was close to the airport and the room was clean. It is a no-frills hotel staffed in the later evening (when I checked in at 8:30) by a barely cordial staff member without any hotel uniform or name badge etc. I had to ask if he worked there and if that was where I checked in. The upper floor hallways have a rather strong, odd smell I guess was some sort of cleaning product. The room luckily didn't smell and was clean and basic. The room was sufficient although I'd probably try another hotel next time.

This hotel has average facility, staff and cleaness. However..if you choose this hotel because of easy access to the airport, please look for the other option. Its free shuttle bus doesn't keep its schedule and take too many riders on it. It would bungle your travel plan and you stood up in cold winter.

A good place for an overnight stay on a budget .... rooms did the job, without a lot of noise. Staff was helpful!

We have enjoyed staying at other Novotel Suites across France and this time was no different. The rooms look like they were recently renovated with clean, modern bathroom and toilet, and a nice wet bar with a Nespresso machine and complimentary cafe pods. I was a bit worried that there would be noise from the airplanes flying overhead but we did not notice any noise at all. The hotel staff spoke French and English and were very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Will stay here again!

Prompt and courteous staff, clean and comfortable and well maintained rooms. Free shuttles (be careful because they fill quickly) to both the airport's and the mall. I didn't eat at the on site facilities so I can't rate them but even that area was well maintained. There's not much in the way of tourist attractions but it's an airport hotel so we didn't expect much. It was a great stay. Better than I've had at more pricey hotels in the U.S.

Dear Star, I feel that you exploited the area. This is a realistic and valuable comment. Just to add: our Shuttle is the Silver Line and I recommand the mall for tourists (restaurants, cinémas, shops). Also Usine center (factory shops) can be a second option. Best regards
