Was good

I will not be staying here again. The service was really poor

I'd pass on this if I were you. Lots of features are outdated and not as nice as the pictures make it out to be. Our room was bare bones but clean. Super stuffy when we walked in and the AC wasn't working. The windows also don't open so no way to get air, we ended up proping the entry door to get air from the hallway. We tried their restaurant the first night and only a buffet was available. Though reluctant we gave it a go. Not a whole lot of options, food lacking any flavor, and wayyyy overpriced!

Lack of knowledge about the premises in Paris, long walk from train station. Bad and expensive breakfast as well as hotel room.

Breakfast was excellent, manager at front desk was really helpful with a checking issue. Room was spotless. Great experience!

A 10-minute walk from the CDGVAL tram to the Mercure makes it a convenient hotel for overnight before an early CDG departure.

Perfect location and lovely property. Easy access to airport train

This is a nice, comfortable hotel close to the airport. We got a good night's sleep prior to our flight back to the U.S. The breakfast buffet was good although overpriced. The directions from the hotel were a bit misleading. There's no hotel shuttle. You need to take the cdgval to the Parking PR stop and then follow the directions to the Mercure. You'll need to walk 5-10 minutes.

A bit farther to walk than other hotel but staff very gracious and helpful. Food so so but provided timely by room service. Would recommend depending on relative room price for a quick overnight at CDG airport.

Even though my rival was 4 plus hours early they were able to make accommodations and to keep me happy they rush to get my room and was able to check in several hours early staff was very helpful considerate and understanding to my lack of speaking their language though they were able to speak my language way better than I can lol

I reserved 2 rooms for me & my husband, and for another couple. 1ST, I went downstairs to check the menu from the restaurant. Can you believe it, I was told they did not have one & to wait 1/2 hour. I did not receive one until 1 hour plus. 2nd, our friends joined us. They opened another room (next door) in error when checking in to their room. Embarrassed to find another couple sleeping & scared. Quickly exited room, to theirs. It drew curiosity, that they tried surrounding rooms & their key card opened them all, even the crew lounge. So I tried my card & the same. I brought to the receptionist, and they told me it could not happen. I requested that they join me to prove it. They refused, too busy(not one person in line & there were to other employees doing nothing. It was uncomfortable to have dinner, thinking how many other card keys issued the same & unable to sleep with possibility of someone walking in. This location LACKS security issues. Not safe for you or belongings.

Some of the staff were unprofessional. Especially the shuttle driver, he made it seem like it was a hassle to take me to the airport terminal 2 minutes away. I had to ask another friendly staff member about the shuttle who then told the driver it was time to go (15 minutes after scheduled departure time, in which I was waiting). Once we got to the airport he did not help open the trunk/ get luggage or anything (something which I have no problem doing, but if this is your job and you would like a tip, maybe he should do it?). The place is under construction and it is looking very nice. The room was comfortable, but maybe some of the staff could be more professional and humble.

Desk help were wonderful. Told us where to return the rental car and then get the shuttle back to the hotel. (night before departure) Gave us lollipops for our two granddaughters at home. Loved looking at the airport through our picture window and we couldn't hear a thing! A relaxing end to a long vacation.

Booked this hotel because it was very close to CDG Airport. Shuttle directions took us to a Mercure farther away, and we had to ride back in another shuttle at 10:30 PM. Restaurant was closed when we arrived so no dinner. Computer did not work with the printer to print boarding passes. Front desk person was very snotty. Hair dryer was broken. AM shuttle dropped us off at the TGV station instead of Terminal 2, so we had to walk VERY FAR.

Had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Paris near the airport. I was worried about the noise being right next to the airport, but the room was completely quiet. The hotel is nice and modern - the decor is definitely not for everyone as it looks like the inside of an Ikea store, but it is definitely clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The restaurant downstairs is decent and the waitstaff was superb -- attentive and friendly. I had a pasta dish for dinner that I didn't like that much and they took it off the bill. They care about their service! The breakfast in the morning is delicious!!!

Easy Check In. Silent Rooms. Clean Rooms. Spacious Rooms. Old but timely shuttles running every 5 minutes.

Impossible to access while it claims to be an airport hotel - confusion with another Mercure nearby - not served by mainline shuttles - expensive so-so food

Great shower, comfortable bed, clean room, close to airport, convenient shuttle

We chose this hotel to overnight for an early morning flight after being in Normandy for 2 weeks. One reason was that I understood it was within a short walk of Terminal 2 - but that is definitely NOT the case. However, the hotel has its own dedicated shuttle and took us in the morning when we were ready, rather than on a fixed schedule. Really no negatives except the very nice bar is a bit pricy and there was no TV remote in our room, which didn't matter to us because we weren't watching TV. The room was very quiet and comfortable, the staff very pleasant, and the breakfast - included in our room rate, which itself was very low (under $100 US) was EXCELLENT. Upon finding Terminal 2 to return our rental car, what did I see RIGHT THERE but a big Shereton (though the Paris airport hotel sites I used said it was 1.2 miles from the airport . . . . but with its own shuttle and being such a nice place, we'd probably choose the Moncure again. It is HARD to find if you are driving - there were National Police at the terminal who didn't know where it was, but one of them very kindly spoke with a taxi driver who led us to the hotel on his own.
