It was such a beautiful hotel with great service.

Stayed at Arrabelle for our honeymoon for two nights, it was great. We were right by the gondola and enjoyed our ski valet service. The hotel had Audi Q7 cars ready for trips to Vail village.

Excellent place to stay , location and comfort , easy to walk around, very nice people and good customer service , bed and bath very clean , beautiful place to stay and breakfast is a plus

The hotel was in the perfect location we stayed their for our honeymoon for 7 nights 8 days. The carpets when you go into the room you can tell it's a pet friendly hotel, they were so dirty! I wouldn't walk around barefoot. Although the breakfast was fabulous and they make you think it's" included" watch out when you check out they charge 50$ a day for a resort fee, because the 400$ a night isn't enough. They tax, service fee,& gratuity everything. They say the gratuity is suppose to be 15% but all the servers at 18% to your bill.. next time I will stay at a more reasonable place. Example we ordered off the kids menu 10$ for each plate and our total was $38.00 with all the other fees they add to it.

Great spur of the moment trip to Vail while traveling in Colorado. We loved the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff that made us feel immediately at home.

This was such a great vacation spot. The hotel was incredible and the staff was amazing. We will definitely do this again!!!!

The hotel was fabulous. We loved being the center of all the action and being able to have meals at the base of the mountain watching all the hikers and bikers. Only a few complaints about the room. 1. It was not ready at the guaranteed 4pm time. 2. The toilet seat was broken 3. When flushing the toilet it was so loud it hurt our ears

It met our expectations. We loved the Arrabelle. We were very please with the service, the room cleanliness and confort.

The rooms were wonderful and spacious, the staff was helpful and the location is perfect

nice location. good amenities. friendly staff. the room was large and clean

Fantastic hotel. Located right at the base of the Lionshead gondola. Can't get any closer to the slopes!

Single king room on 6th floor was elegant, perfect shape, great amenities. Mix of European and Mountain design was refreshing. (Our rate was excellent based on the time of year - shoulder season - but I'm sure it's more expensive during prime skiing times). Service was fantastic (front desk, parking, bellhop, waiters) and right mix of professionalism, courtesy, and attention without any fluff. Tavern restaurant had a nice menu mix and great setting. Food was superb. Good place to watch sports too. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Great location in middle of Lions Head area - easy to get around Vail.

Beautiful room, great location steps from the gondola, want to go back!

Staff was very good and we found the rooms to be well done albeit a bit small for the basic choice.

The hotel and room was magnificent and the service and attention from all the staff was outstanding. We are going to stay here whenever in Vail.

We had a wonderful day in Vail - enjoyed the hotel and walking around the village.

My wife and I stayed over the 4th of July week. The hotel is very nice and located in a great spot. definitely would stay there again.

We booked this hotel for a September stay during Vail's quiet fall season in between summer and ski season. The location was perfect situated right next to a hike/bike/walk trail and the Eagle Bohn Gondola which carries you up the mountain to Adventure Ridge and fall viewing. The hotel is located in Lionshead village which is fabulous. Vail Village is also an easy walk down a scenic trail less than one mile. We were upgraded upon arrival which resulted in our giving-up a King bed for (2) queens yet with larger space and a fireplace and balcony. Spa was among the best we have encountered and we actually went back a second day to use the spa and massage facilities a second time. Food was very good and well priced at hotel pub upon our arrival. Concierge helped us with reservations and area information on phone prior to our arrival. We are planning to return during ski season.

Ski Trip

At check-in we were upgraded to a deluxe room which was a nice unexpected perk. Great Concierge who went out of their way to find things for their guests. Staff overall was very friendly including housekeeping. Shuttle was great for transportation. No time for the spa on this trip though. Food on site is typical. Although there were many great things about the hotel and our room, there was a mutual agreement that the bed (mattress) was very uncomfortable and we barely got any sleep. Not sure if I would want to come back to that after skiing. Lovely spacious bathroom but it appeared the heated tile was not operational. Thermostat controls and options seemed a bit outdated. I will give this hotel the benefit of the doubt that it has only been opened for a few years. With a little improvement, it has potential.
