Pros: Large room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, rather quiet at least where I was staying inside the property. There’s 10 rooms each in two different buildings. Cons: I didn’t feel comfortable here. It felt like there was always someone watching you, almost wanting you to break a rule so they could fine you and charge you extra. No shoes are allowed to be worn, your asked to take yours off on entering and wear a pair of pink crocks which they pick out for you (your size). I do get this on some levels but it felt extremely uncomfortable for me and would have preferred to bring my own house slippers if I were told. The bulbs were daylight bulbs in the bedroom which was hard at night to wind down The man who checked me in made me feel extremely uncomfortable, it seemed he lacked some social norms with strange eye contact, and telling me to relax on a couch in an office in a silence back room of the house I had no tour of while he did my paperworK There’s no food or drink allowed in any of the rooms The houses have life sized mannequins at entrances And in common rooms with names. There’s pictures of guns on the doors to the entrances showing the house being protected by wireless devices.
Very nice and clean B&B! Spacious and great location. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. A bust stop to Beaver Creek was less than a block away. I was pleased. Please continue to offer more vegan options.
