We chose this hotel because it had a 3 bedroom condo and it was in the middle of vail village. We definitely chose right. This hotel was AMAZING! The view from the living room was the bottom of ski lift #1. The condo was fully stocked with a full kitchen (including stove), utensils, and the couch even pulled out for 2 extra people. We had 6 girls, we each had out own bathroom and bedroom (2:1 ratio). There was also another half bathroom in the hallway which was really nice. The hotel also had room service, complimentary breakfast, and hot tub/heated pool. I loved this location because we had an apartment but with all of the actual hotel amenities, including room service. On our last day we were snowed in because I70E was closed for several hours, Chris at the front desk was very helpful. He kept a close eye on the roads and told us the hotel would accommodate us if we happened to be snowed in again that night too. The hotel also had a really convenient shuttle that would take you anywhere in Vail. Glen did most of our transports, and was very nice! Overall, I would highly recommend this place, especially if you're traveling with a large group!
In business management is key; and in the service industry this blatantly apparent. The staff at the Lodge Tower is cordial, informative, helpful and most importantly attentive. The hot breakfast and apres-ski treats are very good and perhaps only lack chocolate milk in the AM and white milk for the cookies. The fireplace with logs within arms reach of the door is a favorite. One thing you can count on is consistency which fulfills expectations. Finally, location, location, location!
having been visiting Vail for at least 12 years , I am really glad we discovered the lodge tower. I would really recommend this property. Very very nice rooms, having options of 2 , 3 or 4 bedroom units which works great for families. location cant be better!! just steps form Gondola, rentals and also all the dining places and shops in the Village. service is something the remarks this place, DEFINETLY COMING BACK !! me and the 33 people of the grupo I coordinated.
Why stay anywhere else ? The location and service cannot be beaten ,the breakfast is very good indeed and overall it is extremely good value .It is difficult to find fault .I shall without doubt be returning next season
Another great ski vacation at the Lodge Tower...I hesitate to attract too many new guests but the consistency of the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff deserves the accolades . The location is terrific easy access to the Village and Slopes
We love skiing on Vail mountain. We have stayed at many places on the mountain. The Lodge is by far the best place. We stayed there as a couple. We will bring our whole family next time. Now we have found a place to stay every time we travel to Vail.
Great location to the slopes. We stayed in a room with two queens and it was tight. There was not even enough room to set your luggage. The room and bathroom was clean and housekeeping was great. There is no locker area for changing into ski boots. The offered breakfast is nothing more than a continental breakfast.
Been going to CO from FL to ski for 20 years. This is the best value in Vail I've seen if you're looking for great ski access. All the positive reviews are accurate. Great breakfast, friendly staff, convenient ski valet, etc.
great location; fantastic staff; our room was amazing...fitness center and outdoor hot tub were great as well. Some of the breakfast days could use more protein (waffle day)...everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are happy!!!
Stayed at the Lodge Tower somewhat last minute. Staff very friendly, rooms nice size. Services somewhat limited, a boot room (or even a bench at the back door) would be a nice addition. Good casual breakfast covers any requirements and afternoon tea a nice touch.
