Hotel is in a great location with very nice, basic rooms and affordable rates.

Great location, however, because it is in the middle of all activities it was loud until late night. The staff was very friendly. The place could use a facelift.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice. The location was perfect for waking around and eating.

This was a good hotel. Location was idea since we wanted to go to Vail and Beaver Creek. Vail is only about 20 minutes away. Staff were nice and hotel is pretty good for the money.

This is the only hotel in Edwards, but the location next to the river is great. The beds were a bit hard for me, but the room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast they served at the the downstairs bar was pretty average for a hotel. It's an affordable option near Vail and Beaver Creek, and the town of Edwards is cute with a number of restaurants, shops, and a movie theater.

Very helpful staff, cleam & comfortable rooms. The hot tub & pool were much-welcomed after a day of skiing. Although a 12 mile drive from Vail, it didn't seem that far. Nearby are some great places to eat, plus stores, etc. Great breakfast! Highly recommend it!

Booked several weeks ahead of stay both rooms we were given were handicap rooms. No hot water for shower at 5:00 am. This is before most guests are even out of bed. My room and the additional room that was booked had no hot water for the shower luke warm at best. The free breakfast was very nice and the employees were friendly, but the site really was lacking. Carpet in the hallways very dirty. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The room we stayed in was a really great experience! The room was clean and their was hot water in the shower with wonderful pressure. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel. The restaurants had excellant food and the service was good as well. The hotel staff was very helpful in guiding us to where we needed to go and they were really friendly. I really felt welcomed there. Did I mention that it is also pet friendly and we saw a lot of beautiful dogs.

It was a good experience. Overall it met my needs for my stay in Edwards. It has a good location and the staff was firendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was one of the most restful nights I have spent in a hot el.

This is hotel is "plain" at best. Front desk (& manager) are polite, at best...more "chilly" than the temps. outside. Would I suggest staying at this hotel? Only if you need a bed and shower before doing other things outside the hotel.

If you like the check-in staff to avoid eye contact, not smile, send to a room that has not been cleaned, then this is the place for you. The check-in staff was not friendly and seemed to be put out that you showed up. [...] There is a restaurant, Woody's, that is attached to the hotel. One of the resturant employees has a very friendly chocolate Lab that is allowed to wonder around licking up crumbs on the floor. Both the bartender and cook feed her scraps and pieces of bacon and then would return to their duties without washing their hands. This seems like a health code violation, but no one seemed too concerned. We passed on the free breakfast the next morning.

If you like outdoor activities this hotel is next to Eagle river and there is a trail adjacent to the hotel. There is also some shopping nearby.

The Edwards Riverwalk Hotel is a good place to stay. It has a great location on the river, is situated in a terrific shopping and eating area in Edwards, will take dogs, has parking and walking areas and the staff is helpful and accomodating. The A/C in our room developed a noise as it ran on through the night which necessitated turning it off and opening the window, but that can be addressed. I would most certainly stay there again.

The Inn and Suites at Riverwalk in Edwards, CO is a great value. Location is tops in regards to walking distance to anything you'd want: movie theater, numerous dining options, bars, nightclubs, walking path along Gore Creek, Starbucks, markets, nail and hair salons, mass transit. Very comfortable beds. Rooms wer average hotel size. Nice outdoor pool. Included breakfast left something to be desired. Very friendly front dest staff.

Riverwalk is right in the middle of the Edwards shopping district, which has grown up a lot in the last few years. Riverwalk has a complete range of amenities, pool, hot tub, fitness room. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. It's a good value for a location convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek and other Vail Valley locations.

The Inn and Suites at Riverwalk featured a big, clean, comfortable room and a nice reception/lobby area. The paved walk along the Eagle river is yards away and great for cycling. Continental breakfast was just OK. The town of Edwards is small but quaint and only a minute or two walk from the Inn.
