First appearance - garbages outside and in lobby overflowing. Staff standing around talking, lobby has kids sitting around talking to staff. First room given - never got cleaned from previous day. Carpets and walls in hallways dirty. Second room was clean, but you can tell the hotel was not taken care of. Breakfast also had staff standing around talking while things needed to get done. Expensive for the quality of what we got. I would not recommend.

We did not have a room when we arrived as the hotel overbooked rooms that night. They let us hang out in the lobby for a few hours. Orbitz and the hotel should do a better job coordinating available occupancy.

Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had full size refrigerator. Good breakfast. Check-in staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the bathroom - updated but very small.

Smelly sheets, smelly room, smelly AC. Tiny bathroom.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and fine for our one night stay. Close to everything we needed to be on our way to our destination.

Best nights sleep ever! The only downfall was it appeared the bed was just remade and not changed. When pointed out to the front desk, she quickly came to the room personally and changed everything.

Stayed in a double queen while up in the mountains to hike. The room and staff were both amazing. The only issue we had was the breakfast...or lack there of. The juice machine was broken, there were no tongs to grab pastries or breads, no tea bags, eggs were gone, sausage gone, I could go on! Although the eggs and sausage and other foods got refilled, it was at a snail paced rate. It was inexcusable because it was a Saturday morning and 30 minutes after breakfast had begun. Definitely would've been better off eating elsewhere or just buying food to make in your room (there is a small kitchenette in room)

I had to swim through a cloud of ciggarette smoke to even get to the front door. There was trash in the stairwells, the room smelled stale and funky. The "breakfast" was terribly cooked eggs and sausage.

The room was small, but did have a kitchenette available with cookware and utensils. However this made the room much smaller. The biggest problem was the loud air conditioner that was placed between the head of the beds. This would bee a good place for an extended stay, but not for a restful night's sleep.

stayed at this hotel on our way to Glenwood Springs stay here again. Good location rooms and kitchenette that was very clean bass provided great information on restaurant s.

The area is filled with overpriced hotels and attractions and this hotel was the best value I could find. It is a little dated and worn inside but it looks as though renovations may be in the works. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly.

If you're looking for just a nice spot to crash this is a good one. The room was clean the hotel is decent, breakfast is average. You're not going to get five-star luxury here but it's a good value for the room.

When we got there, lobby, etc were clean nice. First room they sent us to, although it said non-smoking, smelled strongly of smoke. The desk person very willingly have us a new room to try. It smelled much better. Beds were just "okay" but clean. Kind of dated hotel, but it looks like Wyndam just bought hotel so maybe upgrades will be on the way. Bottom line, we were tired, beds were clean, and the rate was reasonable. For the price would have thought would have been some sort of breakfast(fruit and coffee only) The young man at the front desk was very nice, too.

I absolutely insist that a hotel room is clean. Our room was very clean. Very nice kitchenette area. Small but clean and adequate bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. We drove 15 miles to Sylvan Lake each day. I would definitely stay there again.

We liked having a full fridge and freezer in the room, as well as the microwave. Roomy, too. Wish the maids would have cleaned every day, though.

Good location, half way between Glenwood Springs and Vail

Standard room nothing over the too. Much better choices in thw area if available.

The hotel was in a beautiful little city. I wasn't too impressed with the room when we got there, it had an unpleasant smell, the carpets needed to be cleaned, the floor in the kitchen was dirty and sticky, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the last 5 guests, we had hardly anything to cook with in the kitchen and had to continually go to the front desk and request things that should have been in the room. The staff was actually very friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything.

FOR THE MOST PART IT WAS ENJOYABLE. WE STAYED HERE DUE TO A WEDDING WE WERE ATTENDING. IN THE MORNING WE WERE WANTING COFFEE AND THERE WAS NONE IN THE ROOM AS THERE NORMALLY IS AT ANY MOTEL. THE ICE MACHINE WAS DOWN ON THE FIRST LEVEL. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WE HAD TO GO DOWN TO THE ICE MACHINE. (MOST MOTEL-HOTELS )HAVE ICE MACHINES ON ALL LEVELS. OTHER THAN THAT THOSE ISSUES THE WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT.

We only stayed one night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us good suggestions on where to eat and buy. I recommend this hotel for those that are looking for an economical and clean place to stay.

I am sorry that your tv had to be fixed by you. There is a sensor that sometimes falls behind tv. Without the sensor the tv won't work. I can't have 2 people working at the same time unless occupancy warrants. I am glad that you enjoyed our hotel. We look forward to seeing you again.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave me a comment or 2. I have changed the policy of where people can smoke. I do apologize for the cloud of smoke. I am truly sorry for your stay. We pride ourselves on customer service and I see we fell short. I do hope that you will give us another chance. This was an isolated incident. Proper procedures have been put into place to ensure it never happens again.
