Staff were super friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that I had to pay for parking. Other than that it was good.

I honestly have always seen myself as someone who is pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels, and while I made some mistakes when booking this (didn't realize there was a parking fee - I don't often stay in resort towns but was there for work, and didn't realize that you can't book through this website for tax exempt credit cards...So, I admit I walked into this without setting their staff up on the right foot...BUT...I spoke with three different staff members and all three told me a different story about how my credit card could or could not be charged, how I had booked through Expedia (clearly not the case) and they have certain policies with Expedia and that my card had already been charged by Expedia (also not true). i could go on and on with the details, but honestly, the short of it is that I won't be staying here again, even though the room was nice, because the staff makes this hotel more of a hassle than it needs to be.

We needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Glenwood Springs. The hotel has a ski lodge feel to it...a bit dated but everything was to our liking including the free shuttle into Downtown Vail and restaurants within walking distance. For the Vail area it was a decent price. $15 (non-optional) Valet parking fee. The Orbitz listing said $25 which was incorrect.

Staff was great room was spacious. Great restaurants

The shuttle never on time Napkin stuffed in the fire alarm Far from village Bedsheets rough

I only stayed one night, but the staff was friendly, the lounge was great, and the food at the attached breakfast place was good, although a bit slow.

Good price. Walk to restaurants and supermarket (Safeway). Shuttle service to Vail Village & Lionshead, but begins at 8 am, ends at 8:45 pm.

Room is clean, just bland. Has workout facilities. Valet parking is only option.

This was a surprisingly good place to stay to ski at Vail. Good food in the restaurant and a raucous ale house nearby, shuttle to Lions Head works great

Excellent Breakfast at restaurant on site. Accommodating staff. Multiple languages spoken by staff.

Beds are out of this world comfortable, staff is wonderful, and the location is great!

Shuttle to slopes, free internet, affordable food close by, clean & comfortable rooms.

Great shuttle service and good food on premise. Wi-Fi in room but very, very slow. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is located in West Vail which has limited choices of restaurants. The area is absolutely beautiful.

Comfortable and Clean ! Great Spa, Steam and Pool !

Great location, friendly stuff. Many restaurants in walking distance. Shuttle every half an hour to the mountain. Can be there even without a car.

You'll need to drive 5 or 10 minutes to get to Vail Village, but the hotel is nice with a good price.

We stayed one night in this location and had no complaints! After looking at photos and other reviews, we were a little nervous about our stay, but the room was clean and updated and the staff was helpful enough for what we needed. The room was on the smaller side and the walls were thin, but for one night right outside of Vail, we were pleased.

Clean, 24hr front desk service, ski rental and restaurants on site, shuttle to Vail, close to Vail and Beaver creek by car, overall much better than expected and i will go back without hesitation

This hotel is a great value and a perfect value for a resort town like Vail. It is convienently located right next to Safeway and a lot of other nice restaurants. The free parking and hotel shuttle was also a plus.
